Objectives:The purpose of this study is to provide certain guiding significance for the diagnosis of chronic heart failure by detecting hsCRP,pro-brain natriuretic peptide(pro BNP)and growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15),and explore their correlation with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 113 patients hospitalized in the Department of Geriatrics and Cardiology of Yunnan First People’s Hospital from December 2020 to June 2021 were enrolled as the experimental group and 22 hospitalized patients without chronic heart Failure were enrolled as control group.Among all hospitalized cases,immunoturbidimet-ry was used to detect hsCRP,immunofluorescence was used to detect pro BNP,and GDF-15 was detected by ELISA.SPSS25.0 statisticalsoftware was used to summarize and analyze the data.Independent sample t test,One-way ANOVA and ROC curve analyze were used as statistical analyze methods.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The concentration of hsCRP in the heart failure group(17.14±3.01mg/L)was higher than that in the control group(2.33±0.73mg/L),which with statistical difference(P<0.05).2.pro BNP in the heart failure group(2819.35±480.80pg/m L)in the concentration was higher than the control group(64.95±12.39pg/m L),which with statistical difference(P<0.05).3.GDF-15 concentration in heart failure group(469.70±30.36pg/m L)was higher than that in the control group(278.02±42.22pg/m L),and it has statistical significance(P<0.05).4.As Cardiac function increased from NYHA grade I to IV,concentrations of hsCRP,pro BNP and GDF-15 increased significantly,which with statistical differences between those two groups(P<0.05).5.ROC curve analysis showed that under the curve area of pro BNP,hsCRP,GDF-15 were 0.939,0.759,0.790 respectively.Among those three indexes,pro BNP has better diagnostic value for chronic heart failure.6.The area of hsCRP,pro BNP and GDF-15 combined detection under ROC curve was 0.927(95%CI 0.883~0.972),and the area of pro BNP and GDF-15 combined detection under ROC curve was 0.926(95%CI 0.881~0.971).The area of hsCRP and pro BNP combined detection under ROC curve was 0.903(95%CI 0.852~0.955),and the area of hsCRP and GDF-15 combined detection under ROC curve was 0.794(95%CI0.697~0.890).The combined detection of all those three indicators and the combined detection of pro BNP and GDF-15 have higher diagnostic value for chronic heart failure.Conclusions:1.hsCRP,pro BNP and GDF-15 have certain diagnostic value for chronic heart failure.2.When those three indicators are tested separately,pro BNP has higher diagnostic value in chronic heart failure.3.To analyze the diagnostic value of multiple indicators in chronic heart failure by multi-index combined detection,hsCRP,pro BNP,GDF-15 combined detection and pro BNP combined GDF-15 detection have the higher diagnostic value,followed by pro BNP combined with hsCRP and GDF-15 combined with hsCRP is the worst.
