| Objective To analyze the correlation of heat rate with hepatic optimum scan delay time,seeking the correlation of them,in favor to choosing the appropriate scan dely time,improving the image quality of hepatic multiphase enhancement.Materials and Methods Filter 60 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and 80 patients with no hepatic cirrhosis.140patients were scanned of hepatic enhancement usingMSCT,The double-phase image quality assessed excellent.First,through plain scan seeking the region of interest.Using test bolus measure the density-time curves of ROI,confirm the time to the peak of hepatic enhancement is the optimal scan dely time,Using the time to the formal arterial phase and portal venous phase.before the test bolus,connect the electrocardiogram monito to the patients,monitoring and noting the patients' heart rate before scanning and through the wholl scanning process.Last, analyzing the correlation of 140 patients'heart rate with the optimal scan dely time of hepatic arterial phase.At the same time,analyzing the difference of hepatic cirrhosis group and control group's optimal scan dely time of portal venous phase,and analyzing the correlation of the two groups' heart rate with the optimal scan dely time of portal venous phase.Results 140 patients' heart rate with the optiminal scan dely time of hepatic arterial phase have negtive linear correlation(r=-0.58,t=-8.40,p<0.001),the linear regression equationis Y=33.77-0.18X.Hepatic cirrhosis group's heart rate with the optimal scan dely time of portal venous phase have no linear correlation(r=-0.168, t=-1.302, p>0.05).But no hepatic cirrhosis group's heart rate with the optimal scan dely time of portal venous phase have negative linear correlations(r=-0.365, t=-3.476, p<0.01).The two groups' optimal scan delay time of portal venous phase have remarkable difference.Conclusion At the contrast medium injecting dose(1.5ml/kg) and rate(3.0ml/s) and concetration(300mgl/ml)is confirmed, No hepatic cirrhosis patient's optimal scan dely time of portal venous phase antecedent to hepatic cirrhosis patient's obviously.As the heart rate is slower,the optimal scan delay time of HAP and no hepatic cirrhosis patient's PVP will delayed prorate,vice verse. |
