Objective:To explore the angiography appearance of the change on liver feeding artery of hepatic cirrhosis patients, summary the DSA characteristic of hepatic cirrhosis, provide reference for DSA diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis.Methods:100patients were divided into two groups:60cases hepatitis B cirrhosis receive stem cell treatment and40cases non-cirrhotic need hepatic artery angiography for interventional diagnosis and treatment. Two groups were used percutaneous femoral artery by the Seldinger technique, led-in arterial catheter sheath. sent angiography catheter through the sheath. First of all intubate to celiac axis opening under supervision of the whole perspective. inject non-ionic contrast agent through catheter with high-pressure syringe. The common hepatic artery and splenic artery were showed on digital subtraction angiography. And then further superselective intubate to the hepatic artery and angiography display left and right hepatic artery and all of the artery branch. Collect all of angiography imagings and analysis, summary the characteristics of hepatic artery and its branches changes. Calculate the ratio between the inner diameter of splenic artery and the inner diameter of common hepatic artery through indirect measurement method. Two-sample t-test was used to compare with two groups. The differences of p<0.05would be considered as statistical significance. Results:Hepatic artery and its branch vessels showed varying degrees of tortuosity and gather-in-cluster form distribution in60patients of hepatic cirrhosis. There were19cases of mild tortuosity.18cases of moderate tortuosity and23cases of severe degree tortuosity. The contour of the distal branches vessels showed blurred. The measured value of the distance to the edge to the liver capsule (referred to as edge-distance) was4.43=2.51mm:the ratio of between the inner diameter of splenic artery and the inner diameter of common hepatic artery(referred to as spleen-hepatic artery ratio) was1.355±0.227.In non-cirrhotic group the edge-distance was15.32±5.21mm. spleen-hepatic artery ratio was1.030±0.195, the differences compared with the cirrhotic group and the non-cirrhotic group were statistically significant(p<0.05).In cirrhotic group, the degree of vascular tortuosity of hepatic artery and its branch were not correlated with liver function Child-Pugh classification (p=0.745, p>0.05),but correlated with the history of hepatitis B (r=0.597,p=0.000)Conclusion:The main performance of the change on hepatic feeding artery of hepatic cirrhosis patients include:hepatic artery and its branch vessels traveling tortuous, gather-in-cluster form distribution, contour of the distal branches vessels blurred, edge-distance diminution, and the spleen-hepatic artery ratio increased. We can make the appropriate judgment of hepatic cirrhosis and its extent by the hepatic artery angiography.
