| Objective:We evaluate objectively the effects of Bu Shen Shu Gan Method in treatment of"Decreasing Ovarian Reserve".Methods:Sixty-seven patients with"Decreasing Ovarian Reserve"were equally divided into two groups at random: Chinese crude drug group, Western medicine group. After three menstrual cycles and, physical signs were observed and endocrine indexes were detected before and after treatments and three months after stopping the treatment of tested agents for evaluation of the effects.Results: (1)After treatment with Bu Shen Shu Gan Method, there were improvement of clinical symptoms of patients with"Decreasing Ovarian Reserve". In total effects rate and excellence rate, it was corresponding with Western medicine group( P>0.05) .(2)The integral of symptoms is decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment in groups( P<0.01). After the treatment, there was no statistical significance in comparison of Chinese crude drug group and Western medicine group( P>0.05).After three months of stopping the treatment ,the difference between the pre-treatment and after-treatment was significant(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance in comparison of Chinese crude drug group and Western medicine group( P<0.05) .(3)For the effects on endocrine system, the treatment could make the levels of FSH,LH and FSH∕ LH decreased significantly, and also make the level of E2 increased significantly. After the treatment, there was no statistical significance in groups` comparison( P<0.05) .There have no statistical significance in comparison of Chinese crude drug group and Western medicine group( P>0.05) . After three months of stopping the treatment ,the difference between the pre-treatment and after-treatment was significant(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance in comparison of Chinese crude drug group and Western medicine group ( P<0.05 ) .There wasn`t significant side effects.Conclusion: The treatment of Bu Shen Shu Gan Method could improve clinical syndrome and accommodate endocrine indexes of patients of Decreasing Ovarian Reserve.It is safe and has clinical value. |
