Curative Effect Analysis Of Acupuncture Compou Nding Western Medicine Treated Asthmatoid Chronic Bronchitis (Acute Episode Period)

Objective:This clinical research mainly observed the curative effect of the acupuncture compounding western medicine treated asthmatoid chronic bronchitis (acute episode period),which will provide the objective basis for clinical treatment seeking modus operandi.Method: 80 cases of asthmatoid chronic bronchitis (acute episode period) were randomly divided into two groups equally, acupuncture compounding western medicine treatment was treatment group, western medicine treatment was control group.The curative effect control study on two groups patients' cough frequency, expectoration quantity, amount of gasping sound and wheezing rale after they were respectively treated, to draw a conclusion results by the observedresult were carried on statistical processing, and to approach the related mechanism of acupuncture compounding western medicine treated asthmatoid chronic bronchitis.Result: The total effective rate, treatment group was 90.00%, control group was 67.50%.The total effective rate of treatment group compared with control group was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: The etiopathogenisis of asthmatoid chronic bronchitis (acute episode period) is complex, acupuncture compounding western medicine not only effectively controlled asthmatoid chronic bronchitis (acute episode period) patients' cough,expectoration,gasping,and so on,but also improved respiratory system function and adjust the whole organism immune function, it is extremely effective, and safety, stability, convenience, adverse reaction,economy and the patient is glad to accept it.
