| Objective:Based on clinical observation, the research focus on the clinical efficacy and hemorheology of acupuncture for chronic bronchitis during acute stage. Methods:According to inclusion criteria, Select from December 2008 to December 2009 period,60 chronic bronchitis patients during acute stage from clinics and wards of hospital. They were divided randomly and equally into two groups,30 cases as acupuncture group, which were treated with Warming Yang Meridians Acupuncture treatment integrated with Western Medicine,30 cases as controlled group, which were treated by Western Medicine only. The clinical efficacy and hemorheology were examined one day before and after the treatment. The use of statistical software SPSS13.0 for windows analysis of data.Results:1 Compared with the control group, the marked effective rate (P) of the acupuncture is less than 0.05, while the overall clinical effective rate (P) of the two group is larger than 0.05, which means the combination of acupuncture and Western Medicine is better than the control group in the treatment of chronic bronchitis patients during acute stage, but the overall clinical efficacy is almost the same.2 After treatment, the blood viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen in both two groups were inproved and decreased significantly in the acupuncture group(P<0.05), which indicated that the Warming Yang Meridians Acupuncture treatment in chronic bronchitis patients during acute stage played a synergistic role, which have a better efficacy for hemorheology.3 In the two groups in the treatment of the whole process is not a serious adverse reactions, no case shedding, prompting a patient during the acute phase of chronic bronchitis on warming effects of acupuncture treatment compliance.Conclusions:1 Acupuncture for chronic bronchitis in patients with acute Hemorheology significant.2 Conventional treatment with acupuncture and Western medicine, the two complement each other to improve the overall efficacy, for the clinical treatment of chronic bronchitis and provides a new way of thinking. |
