The Clinical Observation On Using The Rule Of Sanhanchushi And Fumigating With The Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:To evaluate clinical curative effect of the rule of sanhanchushi and fumigating with the traditional chinese medicine treating cold dampness closed-resistance tpye rheumatoid arthritis and discuss its mechanism by observing patients with cold dampness closed-resistance tpye rheumatoid arthritis changes in the clinical symptoms,signs,indicators of laboratory and X line before and after treatment.Methods:To choose the coincident diagnostic criteria patients with rheumatoid arthritis who are in acute or acute stage 80 cases.80 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases of the treatment group and 40 cases of the control group.Two groups of patients in gender,age,duration,X-ray stages and Function of grading have no significant difference(P>0.05),and they are comparable. The treatment group uses the rule of sanhanchushi of the oral administration decoction and fumigating with the traditional chinese medicine treatment once every day. The control group uses the oral medicine Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets and fumigating with the traditional chinese medicine treatment once every day.A course of teatment for one month, two months after assessing efficacy.Results:1.After the treatment of two,Comparision between the two groups of medicine, The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to the control group, However,the difference between the two groups had no significance(P>0.05).Comparision between the two groups of traditional chinese medicine,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Under the guidance of the syndrome differentiation and treatment,the effect of traditional chinese medicine was more comprehensive than western medicine.2.After the treatment of patients with two groups of joint pain, swe11ing,morning stiffness and function of symptoms and signs are improved,improve degree in treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01). Both groups can reduce RF, ESR, CRP lab index, the treatment group is also better than control group (P<0.05).3.After treatment, the two groups of patients in the hands of X line installment change has no significant difference(P>0.05), Comparision between the groups are no obvious difference.Thus,this method in prevention osteoporosis is not obvious effect change.Conclusion:The rule of sanhanchushi and fumigating with the traditional chinese medicine treating had an exact efficacy in the treatment of cold dampness closed-resistance rheumatoid arthritis that could improve symptoms,joint function and related laboratory. Accordingly, it is a relatively safe and effective treatment, which is worth expanding clinical application. However, its long-term effect remains to be further studies.
