Effect And Life Quality Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Jia-Qei-Qing-Luo-Yin On Treating Active Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Qingluo Yin(JWQLY)on active rheumatoid arthritis,and explore the effect on patients with rheumatoid arthritis’ life quality.Methods: Selected patients who met the activity period RA into the criteria as the object of study,to be treated with JWQLY for 12 weeks,to observe the patients before and after treatment Chinese medicine certificate credit,laboratory and serological indicators,joint pressure pain number,joint swelling number,visual simulation score(VAS),DAS28 score and other indicators change.The effectiveness of the ACR20/50/70 standard of improvement of the condition and the evaluation criteria of Chinese medicine was mainly used,and the quality of life evaluation scale(HAQ)and chronic disease self-efficacy scale(CDSES)were used to evaluate the patient’s quality of life,and the safety indicators such as liver and kidney function and blood routine were monitored.Results: JWQLY has obvious effect in reducing patient’s disease activity,clinical signs,Chinese medicine certificate and serological index,which can improve the quality of patients’ survival.Of the 41 patients,the total efficiency was 92.7% based on the efficacy of Chinese medicine,and the overall effective rate of improvement evaluation based on ACR20/50/70 was 87.8%.In terms of clinical efficacy,the level swords of joint pain,swelling count,VAS pain score,RF,ESR,CRP,etc.decreased significantly,and the patient’s disease activity decreased.After treatment IL-1,IL-6,VEGF,MMP-3 and TIMP-1 were all reduced,suggesting that JWQLY can reduce joint slip membrane inflammation,inhibit the proliferation of sliding membrane tissue,improve joint bone damage,have bone protection;Table,CDSES score suggests that the patient’s physiological function,social function,mental health,general health status and so on have been improved,safety,plus flavor drinking granules in the 12 weeks of treatment period on the blood routine,liver and kidney function of the patients without abnormal effects,no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:JWQLY has a good clinical effect for patients with active rheumatoid arthritis,not only can improve the laboratory index,but also plays a more obvious role in alleviating joint symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients,but also has a higher safety,no obvious toxic side effects,and has good clinical application prospects.
