Objective:Discussion on the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).Methods:This study chose 60 female stress urinary incontinence as research objects who came to the acupuncture special clinic of 2nd affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of TCM to see the dcotor from September2008 to October 2009.Divided the patients into 2 groups using method of balloting randomly Study group as the groups, the control group asatraditional acupuncture in the treatment group. Acupuncture is through bilateral ShenShu points, Huiyang, Baihui and sishencong points,once acupuncture for 30 minutes, once per day,taking one day for a pause after 6 days'treatment. Two weeks for a course of treatment. Judge curative effect after four courses of treatment with the degree,leak volume and inconfinence episode frequency for index before and after the treatment Discussion on the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence treatment.Results: The use of electro-acupuncture and traditional acupuncture therapy can improve female stress urinary incontinence indicators. The treatment group in each target improvement are significantly better than traditional acupuncture control group. Total effective treatment group of 83%, total effective control group of up to 70%, significant differences between the two groups, descriptions of electroacupuncture significantly better than traditional acupuncture treatment.Conclusion:The treatment of stress urinary incontinence, significantly improved the signs and symptoms in patients with,over traditional acupuncture group. Electro-acupuncture therapy through effect, enhancing pelvic floor muscle contraction, regulation of bladder function, on the nervous system and urethral sphincter synergy of functional regulation and repair, no adverse reactions, treatment for the disease of the good way.
