Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of dilatational wave and continuous wave in the treatment of mild and moderate female stress urinary incontinence, and to explore the difference in the efficacy of these two waveforms in the treatment of this disease through data analysis, and then optimize the electroacupuncture treatment of mild to moderate female stress urinary incontinence use of waveforms. Methods:Ninety cases of mild to moderate female patients with stress urinary incontinence who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into three groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group were acupunctured at seven acupoints, namely Qihai,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Zigong(both sides)and Shuidao(both sides). The dilatational wave group was given the dilatational wave, the continuous wave group was given the continuous wave and the pure acupuncture group was only given simple acupuncture. Each group was kept for30 minutes, once a day, treated for 6 consecutive times and then rested for 1 day.One week was a course of treatment, and a total of 4 courses of treatment was taken.During the treatment, the three groups were given the same basic treatment, pelvic floor muscle training therapy(PFMT),3 times a day.In the process of clinical trial, using ICI-Q-SF rating scale(International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form),1 h urine pad test(leak urine volume)and 72 h urine diary card(leak urine number)as observing indexes, the clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients was statistically analyzed before treatment,2weeks after treatment(two courses of treatment)and 4 weeks after treatment(after treatment).Results:1.Basic data of three groups of subjects were compared and analyzed before treatment:age, course of disease, severity of illness and ICI-Q-SF scale score,1 h urine pad test(leak urine volume)and 72 h urination diary card(leak urine number). The differences were no statistical significance(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.ICI-Q-SF rating scale(International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form)statistics: after treatment, the ICI-Q-SF scores of the dilatational wave group, the continuous wave group and the pure acupuncture group were all decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the ICI-Q-SF scores of the three groups: the dilatational wave group < the continuous wave group < the pure acupuncture group.3.Urine leakage volume(1 h urine pad test)statistics: after the end of treatment, the leakage of urine in the dilatational wave group, the continuous wave group and the pure acupuncture group were reduced(P<0.05),and the leakage of urine in the three groups: the dilatational wave group < the continuous wave group < the pure acupuncture group.4.The number of urinary leakage(72 h urination diary card)statistics: after the treatment, the number of urinary leakage in the dilatational wave group, the continuous wave group and the pure acupuncture group were decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the number of urinary leakage in the three groups: the dilatational wave group< the continuous wave group< the pure acupuncture group.5.After the treatment, the overall effective rate of the dilatational wave group was 93.0%,the total effective rate of the continuous wave group was 87.0%,and the total effective rate of the pure acupuncture group was 70.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Dilatational wave, continuous wave and pure acupuncture have good therapeutic effect on mild and moderate female stress urinary incontinence.2.The ICI-Q-SF score, urine leakage volume and urinary leakage times were improved better by dilatational wave than that by continuous wave in mild to moderate female stress urinary incontinence.3.The clinical effect of dilatational wave on mild and moderate female stress urinary incontinence is better than that of continuous wave.
