Background: Prof.Chu Yuxia, is illustrious expert in gynecology of TCM, has accumulated abundant clinical experience and distinctive academic ideas in gynecology since she took up with medicine and teaching career forty-years ago. Objective:To systemize and research the academic ideas and the clincal experience of Prof. Chu Yuxia using the dissipating blood stasis method in gynecology.Methods:We induced the main academic ideas of professor Chu Yuxia systematically by the way of serving her and collecting case in clinic everyday, consulting and condifying the compositions referring to various views of Prof. Chu and her elder postgraduates.Results:This thesis is mainly composed of five parts: the profile of professor Chu Yuxia, the academic ideas, the experience of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, the successful clinical cases and rambling out of clinic. appendix . In the part of the experience of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, we summarized and induced professor Chu's experience of differentiation of symptoms and signs and discussion of therapy in common gynecoloy diseases and pregnancy diseases, such as dysmenorrheal, dysfunctional uterine bleed, PID, uterine myoma etc.
