Chronic hepatitis B is a liver disease caused by hepatitis B virus infection, severely endangering human health, affecting people’s life quality, and increasing the burden of our country’s social economic problem. Therefore, it is important to develop full and thorough Chinese medical therapies of chronic hepatitis B and improve the clinical curative effect. Blood stasis theory is a widely discussed issue when it comes to etiology and pathogenesis of CHB in Chinese medicine. According to the reports, to one degree or another, CHB patients are in microcirculatory disturbance condition. Therefore, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis treatment is often applying to CHB therapy. Under the guidance of the tutor, the author studies and discusses the etiology, pathogenesis, and clinical characteristics of chronic hepatitis B, and comes to a conclusion that the blood stasis exist in the whole course of CHB, applying activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis treatment to CHB patients can improve the clinical curative effect.Method:Author studied the blood stasis theory through the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and discussed the correlation between CHB and blood stasis in different aspects. The author also summarized the acti vating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis treatment applied by the tutor in clinical therapies, analyzed the clinical effects and sums up a c onclusion that it is important to dedicate activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis treatment to the whole course of CHB treatment. Results:Chronic hepatitis B is a complicated and hard to be cured disease, and its course is pretty long. The following aspects such as the function of liver, the pathogenesis of CHB and the clinical characteristics show the re is correlation between blood stasis and CHB, and blood stasis exist thro ugh the whole course of CHB, and is related to the progression of CHB. Appl ying the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis treatment t o CHB patients can efficiently ease patients’symptoms, recover the liver f unction and improve the curative effect. Conclusion:Applying the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood st asis treatment on the basic treatment of CHB to CHB patients can efficientl y ease patients’ symptoms, recover the liver function and improve the curat ive effect, and can achieve the goal to reduce the progression of CHB. Ther efore, applying the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis treatment to cure CHB patients through the whole course of CHB is necessary. |
