ObjectiveThrough the narcotic drugs knowledge and awareness survey of medical staff and patients, analyz the status of the pain therapy. Provide the reference for the medical staff and patients to strengthen the narcotic drugs konwledge and pain therapy, to improve the effect of pain treatment.MethodsBy method of random sampling, select medical staff and patients of a tumor hospital as the research object.With the method of questionnaire, the knowledge of narcotic drugs and awareness of pain therapy is researched.Results1,Knowledge of narcotic drugs and pain therapy is lower in medical staff, the overall average score is8.18+2.40points, physicians have the highest score, last in nurses.There are a difference of the scores between different position, titles and working years, et al.2,The awareness of pain therapy is higher in medical staff, the overall average score is29.72±4.90points,have no difference between the groups.3,Knowledge of narcotic drugs and awareness were positively correlated(r=0.138,p<0.05).4,The medical staff think it is necessary to strengthen the konwledge of narcotic drugs and the guide of drug uses.5,Patients with severe pain have the lower cognitive,restricts the clinical effects.6,The status of pain therapy is unsatisfactory, strengthen the medical staff and patients 'knowledge and training,can improve the effect of pain in cancer.ConclusionThe awareness medical staff and patients with pain is poor, restricts the clinical treatment effect in cancer. Strengthen medical staff and patients'knowledge, can improve the effect of pain therapy effect.
