Study On The Syndrome And Treatment Of Da Qing Long Tang And Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang Based On Modern Clinical Cases

Objective:Studing on Da Qing Long Tang and Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang clinical application and symptom-syndrome-drugs-amount characteristics. Through the statistics of modern medical cases which analyze the formula syndrome, efficacy, the original party drugs, added drugs and dosages.Methods:Collecting Da Qing Long Tang and Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang's Modern Masters Experiences and creating a data table by Microsoft Excel, entering "prescription database analysis software. " developed both by Cheng Du University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Sichuan University. Analyzing the statistics from Da Qing Long Tang and Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang's scope of clinical application, symptoms, tongue and pulse, drug and dosages.Results:According to the frequency of high and low,72 patients with Da Qing Long Tang Cases of the top four disease are fever, asthma, cough, and no sweat. Basic symptom is restlessness, aversion to cold, fever, and no sweat. Efficiency is relieving, clearing heat, sweating and dispersing lung qi. Appling the most original party drugs are Mahuang Shigao Guizhi Xingren. Modified drug is Banxia Baishao Bixin Banjiang. The most common proportion amount of Mahuang and Shigao is:1:3,1:2.5,1:5,1:6.254 cases of Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang Experiences which top four diseases are asthma, cough, rhinitis, fever. Basic symptom is cough, fever, asthma and cough. Efficiency is the clearing heat, dispersing lung qi, reducing phlegm and relieving asthma. Appling the most original party drugs are Mahuang, Shigao, Xingren, and Gancao. Modified drug is Huangqin Jiegeng Beimu Yuxingcao. The most common amount proportion of Mahuang and Shigao is:1:3,1:5,1:4,1: 10.Conclusion:Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang is a prescription transformed from Da Qing Long Tang, the characteristics of Chinese medicine is "syndrome differentiation" based, different diseases but the syndrome connected, the law of governing prescription is also similar.
