Research On The Effect Of Jia Wei Xiao Qing Long Tang On The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) In Acute Deteriorated Stage

ObjectiveThis research is to investigate the effect of jia wei xiao qing long Tang on the treatment of COPD in acute deteriorated stage, check the C-reactive protein (CRP), provide effective basis of TCM therapy for COPD in acutedeteriorated stage, in order to explore the influence and action mechanismfor COPD in acute deteriorated stage.Methods1. To conform to the standards in 60 patients using simple random method, were randomly divided into A and B,30 cases in each group.Group A (based on western medicine treatment group):using the standar by Chinese Medical Association "chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment guidelines" in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of conventional treatments, Conventional controlling oxygen cure; Combivent of atomization inhalation, Cefotaxime 2. Og VD twice a day+Levofloxacin 0.4g VD one time a day, Aminophylline Sustained-release Tablets 0.1 g, q12h, Carbocisteine Tablets 0.5 g, three times per day.Group B (added TCM):the intervention group foundation treatment+(jia wei xiao qing long tang) herbal medicinal (every time once daily),Herbal prescription and dosage:Gui zhi 10g zhi ma huang 8g gan jiang 6g xi xin 5gFa ban xia 10g zhi gan cao 10g bai shao 10g wu wei zi 10gKu xing ren 15g huang qin 6g The herbal are made according to the foreign party by guangdong (granules pharmaceutical Co., LTD. Offers).In the zero week, the first week, the second week for clinical symptoms, signs, such records, and routine blood and urine tests, liver, kidney and blood gas analysis, and record index and syndromes.At zero week, and second week checking C-reactive protein (CRP)2. All the data were analyzed by statistical soft spss 11.5.Results1. There are no differences between the two groups at the sex, age, the symptoms score and the severity of illness before the therapy (P>0.05).2. The symptoms scores of two groups are decreased after treatment (P<0.05); On the degree of symptoms score decreased, Group B is better than Group A (P<0.05), and there are statistical significance. Besides, if the symptoms score improvement rate is divided into two parts which one≥70%, and the other<70%, the therapy efficiency of Group B is obviously better than Group A (P<0.05).3. The Result of C-reactive protein: C-reactive protein of two groups are decreased after treatment (P<0.05); C-reactive protein decreased of Group B is obviously better than Group A (P<0.05)Conclusion1. Both method of jia Wei xiao qing long tang combined western medicine therapy and foundation treatment based on western medicine therapy were improved the symptom of COPD stabilization period patients.2. Method of jia Wei xiao qing long tang combined western medicine therapy can improve the patiens'clinical symptoms and extrapulmonary effect, so the method was better than the foundation treatment based on western, and it can improve the quality of life and labor ability.3. Method of jia jian Wei qing long tang combined western medicine therapy can lessen C-reactive protein level, reduce the acute onset, improve the quality of life of the patients.
