Clinical Observation Of Self-Improvement Kidney Liver Soup In The Treatment Of Perimenopteric Syndrome (Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical effect and vital signs of self-designed yishen nourishing the liver decoction in the treatment of perimenopteric syndrome(syndrome of liver and kidney Yin deficiency),it is proved that the method of nourishing liver and kidney and harmonizing Yin and Yang is effective and safe in relieving and even curing perimenopteric syndrome.Methods: 72 eligible subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,including 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group.In the treatment group,self-designed kidney-benefiting nourishing the liver decoction was given,and in the control group,Kunbao Pill produced by Beijing tongrentang was given.The duration of treatment was 4 weeks.The efficacy and safety of self-designed kidney-benefiting nourishing the liver decoction were comprehensively evaluated by recording,comparing and analyzing various objective indexes before and after treatment,perimenopian Kupperman score,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine.Statistical methods: Using SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software,the data of clinical observations are established in a database file,checked and logically checked,and statistical processing is carried out..P <0.05 was statistically significant.P<0.01 indicates significant difference.Results:Through the comparative analysis of the age of the two groups of patients,it can be found that the incidence of the disease is mostly concentrated in 50 years old.The mean age of the treatment group was(51.28±2.92)years,and that of the control group was(50.08±3.35)years.The age,all kinds of objective indexes,Kupperman scores of perimenopause syndrome and Chinese medicine syndrome points of the two groups were compared before treatment.Through the analysis of the objective indicators of the two groups after the treatment,it was found that after the treatment,the objective indicators of the two groups were improved,but because the normal range of female hormone secretion was different in different stages,the improvement of the two groups was not of certain significance,but it also suggests that two groups of drugs can improve hormone levels.After comparing the Kupperman scores of perimenopause syndrome in the two groups after treatment,it was found that there was no difference in the scores of these two groups.Compared with the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%.The total effective rate in the control group was 91.7%.It was found that the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was due to the control group through rank sum test.It was found that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of symptoms of hot sweat,dizziness and skin itching.Conclusion: Both the treatment group and the control group had good efficacy and certain safety in the treatment of perimenopteric syndrome(Yin deficiency of liver and kidney).However,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of the three symptoms: hot sweat,dizziness and skin itching.It is suggested that the method of nourishing liver and kidney and harmonizing Yin and Yang has certain clinical significance in the treatment of this disease.
