Xiao YaoShuKun Decoction Qi Stagnation Blood Stasis Of The Clinical Study Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective:XiaoYaoShuKun Decoction observed treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the clinical effect and explore its mechanism. Methods:we selected 60 patients with CPID and devided them randomly into treated group(30cases,treated with Xiao-Yao-Shu-Kun Decoction) and controled group (30cases,treated with FuKeJing capsule). After treatment the improvements of clinical symptoms and the changes in the blood rheology,ESR,the size of the accessory inflammatory mass examed by the brightness mode ultrasonic and the changes in the blood Theology were observed and compared.Results:the total effective rate is 93.3% in the treated group, while it is 70.0% in the control group, there is significant difference between them(p<0.01),by means of improving symptoms,the curative rate in the treated group is 93.3% and 76.7%,as well as the control group.Analyzed with statistic method, they are significantly different(p<0.01). The treated group excelled the control group in improving part of the indexes of blood rheology,ESR,minishing the size of the inflammatory mass and the changes in the blood Theology(p<0.05).Conclusions:XiaoYaoShuKunDecoction with its happy chronic pelvic inflammatory desease on the clinical effect of good is an effective recipe in treating Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. It is an effect drug for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
