Background: About 10-30% of infertility immune infertility,in immunological infertility in 9-36% of anti-sperm antibodies (AsAb) caused, so far has been in clinical attention. Western treatment of the disease mainly hormone-based, but more because of side effects, there are some limitations.The Chinese medicine thinks that the immunity infertility is closely related to kidney function.One of the kidney's function is store essence and dominate human reprodunction and development. The ability to reproduce,grow and develop is related to the prosperous of the kidney essential.In other word,it is the precondition of conceive.The kindey is the fundament of immunity.The Huangdi's Interal Classis:"The kidney produces marrow in bone".Marrow's keeping born is depended on the function of kidney,the more ample of the kidney essential,the more affluence marrow is. Modern medicine is the immune system, bone marrow central immune organs, immune response in immune regulation and play an important role in the process, is the birthplace of immunocompetent cells, bone marrow production of B cells and T cells are the humoral and cellular immune substances basis.Only under the nourishment of the kidney essential,especially the kidney Yin,the immune system then can develop normal regulation function.If the kidney Yin and Yang is out of balance then can take place immunity unbalance regulation,as a result,the deficiency of kidney is regarded as the main reason of an immunity infertility.According to this theory,the Chinese medical science mostly treat the disease by method of nourishing the kidney,assisting with traditional medicine that nourishing Ying and eliminating fire,promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,resolving sputum and eliminating dampness and so on. Many clinical studies and experimental studies have shown that the effect of herbs with immune infertility treatment on the curative effect and less side effects, easy for patients to accept.Objective:This study on the elimination of Xiaokang Lingâ… hao on the serum anti-sperm antibodies infertile women affect clinical study of kidney invigoration method on the treatment of immune infertility, clinical provide safe, effective and convenient treatment options, and to investigate the anti-sperm antibodies of the immune factors in infertility.Methods:Methods: A randomized controlled trial method,based on diagnostic criteria, in the Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine into the First Affiliated Hospital, 52 patients with gynecological clinic, were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group, isolated from traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group based on the use of oral Xiaokang Lingâ… hao on the treatment, control group treated in isolation based on the use of oral prednisone therapy, treatment for 3 months. Were compared before and after treatment decreased serum anti-sperm antibodies in the rate of negative conversion rate and clinical pregnancy rate of patients with improvement in symptoms; and general patient information and the data input spssl3.0 establish a database for statistical analysis.Results:Results: The treatment group and control group before and after treatment of serum anti-sperm antibodies (AsAb) decreased the level of difference was significant between the two groups before and after treatment levels of serum AsAb decreased significantly. The level of serum AsAb the negative rate, pregnancy rate and total effective rate was 86.67%, 50%, 92.31%; control group, serum AsAb the negative rate, pregnancy rate and total effective rate was 66.7%, 26.92%, 57.66% ; two negative rate, pregnancy rate were not statistically different, while the total effective rate were significantly different. Treatment group before and after treatment symptom scores were significantly different; but the control group before and after treatment no significant difference in symptom scores.Conclusion:The results suggest that both Xiaokang Lingâ… hao and prednisone can reduce the sera anti-sperm antibodies in women with immunity infertility.But the descend percentage and the effective percentage of Chinese medicine group is obviously higher than the control group.At the same time the first one can improve the symptom better than the second one.So the treatment of Xiaokang Lingâ… hao is effective,save and convenient.Furthermore,the results provides clinical evidence to further study the Chinese medicine which can nourish kidney and liver.
