Clinical Observation On The Herpes Zoster (Liver Meridian Yu Heat Type) With Jieduzhitong Decoction

Objective: To observe the efficacy of the detoxification and analgesic decoction to the liver treatment of herpes zoster stagnated heat effect.It includes the treatment and mitigation of the symptoms,especially the neuralgia symptoms,whether in postherpetic neuralgia and adverse reactions.Methods:It will be 80 eases of Yu-zoster patients were randomly divided into single-blind treatment group and control group.The treatment group will be given the detoxification and analgesic decoction,Famciclovir Tablets treatment to the control group.Judge the medication after three weeks.Results: There are 76 cases of the final statistical analysis of qualified patients, the treatment group of 38 cases,38 cases of the control group.For the first 14 days, VRS points and symptoms scores showed:Ease the pain and the treatment group were significantly more symptoms,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05); Ease the symptoms of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05); ease the pain of the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05); treatment of one month,zero in the treatment group of postherpetic neuralgia, and the control group there are four cases of postherpetic neuralgia.Conclusion: Detoxification and analgesic decoction group total effectiveness for the treatment of liver is 89.47%.It is the effective fermented type herpes zoster prescriptions.Detoxification analgesic soup can effectively improve the shingles of clinical symptoms, reduce shingles the sequela of neuralgia, deserves further study.
