Objective Through observation point with rich environment cluster acupuncture on the head points hypoxicischemic brain damage to stimulate the newborn rat hippocampal microtubules filaggrin expression– 2,Explore cluster acupuncture on the head points with rich environment head hypoxicischemic brain stimulation mechanism of injury. Methods 100 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,Matched group(A),Model group(B),Head cluster acupuncture on the head points group(C),Environmental stimuli group(D),Cluster acupuncture on the head points combined head environmental stimuli group(E),Each group of 20.Each group built after the successful model,a group of 14 days, another group of 28 days, each group of 10.Using the method of Rice production HIBD new animal models.Morris detection by learning and memory capacity. Immunohistochemical test group hippocampal CA1 area MAP - 2.Results (1)Learning and memory test: The Model group and the Matched group were significantly different(P<0.01);The Cluster acupuncture on the head points group, Environmental stimuli, Cluster acupuncture on the head points combined head environmental stimuli and Model with significant differences between the groups(P<0.01);The Cluster acupuncture on the head points combined head environmental stimuli group and the Cluster acupuncture on the head points group and the Environmental stimuli group are obviously different ( P < 0.05 );( 2 ) Immunohistochemical detection: The Cluster acupuncture on the head points group, Environmental stimuli, Cluster acupuncture on the head points combined head environmental stimuli group contains more MAP - 2 than the Model group ( P < 0.01 ); The Cluster acupuncture on the head points combined head environmental stimuli group of money than the Cluster acupuncture on the head points, the Environmental stimuli group(P<0.05).Conclusion (1) This method can improve the learning ability of HIBD rats;(2)The way to make MAP - 2 becomes more and more, which suggests the nerve to grow.
