Effect Of The Different Order Of Interference Between Acupuncture And Rehabilitation Rherapy In The Patient Of Hemplegia After Stroke

Objctive:Using randomized controlled methods, and the order from the perspective of compatibility,To investigate the difference of clinical effect in the patients of stroke under the different order of interference:Rehabilitation Rherapy after acupuncture or acupuncture after Rehabilitation Rherapy. Discussion among the different treatments wether exist mutual synergistic or antagonistic effect, treatment for stroke patients with hemiplegia to provide ideas and methods.Methods:Choice in patients with stroke recovery 60 cases, the patients were randomly divided into two group:Rehabilitation Rherapy after acupuncture and acupuncture after Rehabilitation Rherapy. Two different treatment programs were assessed before and after treatment of patients on NINSS,BI and of life in patients with a total capacity.Results:Treatment of 28 days, the total effective rate of Rehabilitation after acupuncture group was 76.7%,that of the acupuncture after Rehabilitation group was 70%.Rehabilitation after acupuncture group was slightly better than acupuncture after Rehabilitation group. And there was no significant statistic difference between them(p>0.05). compare with before treatment, both group had improvement in limb function and life skills and no significant difference was presented. Difference between before and after treatment were statistically significant (p<0.01), there was no significant statistic difference between them(p >0.05).Conclusion:The patients of hemiplegia after stroke in the period of recovery,the different combination of acupuncture and rehabilitation had improvement in limb function and life skills of patients. Both the different combination of the impact on the efficacy was no significant difference. Prompted the order of the factors involved in two kinds of therapy had no significant effect on efficacy.
