Use Image-ProPlus software to determine the average optical density (MOD) of immunohistochemical Image. Then use SPSS13.0 which is statistical analysis software to analyze their relation with the clinic characteristics of LP as well as their dependablity.Results(1)The positive rate of Cox2 and Stathmin protein in laryngeal papilloma tissues were 73.33 % and 88.33 % respectively, were significantly higher than their positive rate(33.33%, 53.33%) in vocal cord polyp tissue, the differences were significant between laryngeal papilloma tissues and vocal cord polyp tissue (P<0.05). (2) The positive rate of Cx26 protein in laryngeal papilloma tissues was 33.33%, was significantly lower than its positive rate(73.33%) in vocal cord polyp tissue, the differences were significant between laryngeal papilloma tissues and vocal cord polyp tissue (P<0.05). The expression of Cx26 protein in laryngeal papilloma associated with changes in the intracellular localization, Cx26 protein in the vocal cord polyp tissue expresssed mainly in the cell membrane, while in laryngeal papilloma tissues were in the cell membrane, cytoplasm and a small part of the nucleus were expression. (3) The expression of Cox2,Cx26 and Stathmin protein have no relation with clinical type, whether relapse, sex and age of patients (P>0.05).(4)The expression of Cox2 in laryngeal papilloma was positively correlated with that of Stathmin(r=0.287,P<0.05),while Cx26 protein expression had negative correlation with both Cox2 and Stahmin(r=-0.213,r=-0.184,P<0.05).Conclusion1,The high expression of Cox2 protein in laryngeal papilloma tissues, suggesting that it may be closely related to the occurrence of laryngeal papilloma and it's expected to provide the basis for Selective Cox2 inhibitors to the prevention and treatment of laryngeal papilloma.2,The expression of Cx26 protein in Laryngeal papilloma tissues were significantly lower than polyp of vocal cord, and accompanied by changes in intracellular location, suggesting that it may play an important role in the occurrence and development of laryngeal papilloma.3,The high expression of Stathmin protein in laryngeal papilloma tissues, suggesting that it may be in close contact with the multiple and infiltration of laryngeal papilloma and may become one of the research directions of its biological therapy.4,The expression of Cox2 in laryngeal papilloma was positively correlated with that of Stathmin, suggesting that they may be play a synergistic role in the occurrence and development of laryngeal papilloma. The expression of Cx26 in laryngeal papilloma was negative correlated with that of Cox2 and Stathmin. This may be related to protein interactions between them, and may be related to the occurrence and development of laryngeal papilloma. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Laryngeal Papilloma, Immunohistochemical Mmethod, Image Analysis, Protein, Cox2, Cx26, Stathmin | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
