Research On Syndromes And Traditional Chinese Medicine Using Law In Essential Hypertension Of 15 Years Recently In The Lingnan Region

Objective:According to the statistics and analysis of references about research on syndromes and traditional Chinese medicine using law in essential hypertension of 15 years recently, this study was hoped to get clear cognition of syndromes and Chinese material medical using law, and provide valuable reference for the Chinese medicine clinical work.Methods:Data collection forms were made for the research, including the names, source, syndromes, medication, etc. The data matching inclusion criteria was input into computer. Database was set up in Excel 2003 software. According to the statistics and analysis, syndromes and traditional Chinese medicine using law in EH were got finally.Results:According to collect 102 references about research on syndromes and Chinese material medicine using law in essential hypertension from 1994 to 2009, and make the statistics and analysis of syndromes and Chinese material medical using law in essential hypertension of 15 years recently, syndromes law, total, prescription and syndromes traditional Chinese medicine using law was found out:â‘ Syndromes law:â… . Cases frequency of different syndromes from high to low as follows were:yin deficiency yang hyperactivities, liver yang hyperactivity, phlegmatic hygrosis, liver fire exuberance, yin yang concurrent deficiency;â…¡. Syndromes frequency from high to low as follows were:yin deficiency yang hyperactivities, phlegmatic hygrosis, liver yang hyperactivity, yin yang concurrent deficiency, liver fire exuberance;â…¢. Cases frequency of different Zhengsu from high to low as follows were:syndrome of yang hypera ctivities, syndrome of Yin deficiency, syndrome of phlegm, syndrome of qi deficiency, syndrome of blood stasis, etc.;â…£. It is mainly because:in the south, especially the Lingnan region, soil is too thin, the weather is wet and hot, heat is too much to damage qi and spleen.People who live in such weather have spleen and stomach deficiency. Spleen deficiency bring about hygro, so phlegmatic hygrosis is one of important syndromes. The result of this study is consistent with the above rules.In the treatment, the emphasis are on nourishing liver and kidney, making regulation of yin and yang as the main treatment method. And aslo, tstrengthening spleen, dissipating phlegm and dissolving dampness is the main treatment method.
