[Objective] The health-related quality of life in the introduction to the treatmeat of chronic hepatitis B Yiqijiedu the efficacy evalution, in order to more comprehensive, objective and accurate method of evaluation Yiqijiedu the clincal of hepatitis B patients.[Methods] 50 cases of Chronic Hepatitis B with the TCM Syndrome of insufficiency of healthy energy and epidemic wet-heat toxin were randomly divided into 2 groups, each 25, one for treatment and the other for control. For treatment group, treated by our traditional Chinese medicine YI QI JIE DU TANG, otherwise in control group, entecavir was used. Each therapeutic courses was 3 months, the all processes were 3 therapeutic courses. The observation was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome, physical sign, liver function and markers of Hepatitis B virus before and after the treatment. As the same time to analyse the both groups results. Focus on the use of a universal scale "SF-36scale, " and chronic liver disease-specific scale "CLDQ Checklist" to evaluate the quality of life of patients before and after the change.[Results] 1,Clinical comparison:Treatment group was 76%, control group was 64%, clinical effects of the two groups showed no significant difference(P >0.05).2,Comparative laboratory:ALT normalization rate:treatment group wad 81.81%,50.00% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);AST normalization rate:85.71% in treatment group and conteol group 52.63% respectively, there were significant differences (P<0.05); hepatitis B virus markers:the treatment group HBV-DNA negative conversion rate of 20.0%; control group, HBV-DNA negative conversion rate of 32.0%, treatment group and control group HBV-DNA was no significant difference (P> 0.05).3,Quality of life:the treatment group improved in patients with chronic physical pain (BP), vitality (VT), fatigue (FA), emotional function (EF), anxiety (WO) and abdominal symptoms (AS) is better than the control group(P <0.05); in improving mental health (MH) aspects of the control group with no difference (P＞.05).4,Comparison of overall health:the treatment and control groups of chronic hepatitis B patients can improve the overall physical health and overall mental health, the treatment group to improve the overall phtsical health than entecavir(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Yiqijiedu treatment of chronic hepatitis B Deficiency Syndrome Yun reliable curative effect;and on improving the quality of life of patients and improve to a certain extent and impact. Description Yiqijiedu method is a practicable treatment of chronic hepatitis B treatment.
