The rational allocation of medical resources, purchase and renewal of medical equipment are very important in the management of medical equipment. Especially for expensive medical equipment, because of its high price and costs of daily operating and maintenance, various factors need to be considered when purchase. The management of medical equipment plays an important role in ensuring normal medical work, medical technology and better efficiency. Scientific and reasonable allocation of medical resources will bring great benefits for the hospital, the other hand, it will cause the idle and waste of medical resources, and the heavy financial burden on hospitals.An in-depth research is rarely seen in purchase details and open tender and a scientific and operational method has not been established now. The researchers in the field of medical equipment are seeking a scientific and operational method to solve this problem. Therefore, this study has some theoretical significance and practical value.In this paper, the macro management and micro control of the large medical equipment management at home and abroad were first introduced from the perspective of the hospital. Then the problems exited in the purchase of large medical equipment were analyzed considering the China's actual conditions. Finally, the issue of how to purchase and renew large medical equipment scientifically was discussed.The fuzzy synthetic evaluation and analytic hierarchy process were introduced, and an evaluation model used to evaluate the allocation of medical resources was brought forward based on FAHP in this paper. Economic feasibility analysis for the medical equipment should be performed before we can make a judgment quantitatively.First, proposed and development of FAHP was introduced, the applications of FAHP were very widely, and several aspects were presented. The mathematical model was found based on FAHP. Those basic theories could be the foundation for the allocation of medical resources.Second, based on the actual conditions of hospital, the purchase of CT machine, for example, the model of allocation of medical resources was found according to FAHP when various factors were analysised, the purchase of rationality and economic efficiency can be tested by the model, so we can determine whether the hospital will need to purchase a CT.Finally, software system of the allocation of medical resources was found, it can be used more conveniently and effectively when evaluate and calculate. Deficiencies and defects of method were drawn by analyses. The paper also made some suggestions for further development of research method.
