| Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of HtrA2/Omi, XIAP in lichen planus.Methods:Immunohistochemistry and TUNEL assay were used to detect the expression of HtrA2/Omi, XIAP and the apoptosis in 30 lichen planus cases and 30 normal skin cases.Results:Compared with the normal skin, the expression level of HtrA2/Omi is increased and the XIAP is decreased in LP (P<0.01), there was a negative correlation between the expression of HtrA2/Omi and XIAP (P<0.01);The AI in LP is significantly higher than that in normal skin (P<0.01), there was a positive correlation between the expression of HtrA2/Omi and AI in LP (P<0.01),but a negative correlation between the expression of XIAP and AI in LP(P<0.01).Conclusion:HtrA2/Omi and XIAP may be involved in the pathogenesis of lichen planus by regulating the apoptosis of epidermal keratinocyte. |
