BackgroundShoulder-hand syndrome is a common complication in patients with stroke, is also an important reason for disability. Therefore, early prevention and treatment is important. The event will not only bring pain to the patient but also seriously affected the paralyzed upper limb functional recovery and increased the patient's degree of disability. Not only bring great suffering for patients, but also to bring a heavy burden on families and society. Thus, for shoulder-hand syndrome, a positive control, is the present and future are extremely important issue. Hence the ongoing prevention and treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome and research to find safe, healthy, effective treatment is particularly necessary.ObjectiveEffects of acupuncture reinforcing-reducing method for post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome, the clinical efficacy, and the basis for clinical treatment mentioned. Screening from the effective treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome hole and the best compatibility with the hole, as well as verify that the effective treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome, safe, simple and acupuncture treatment.MethodFrom Guangzhou University of TCM First Affiliated Hospital of acupuncture patients, the Guangzhou University of TCM First Affiliated Hospital of xianlie East-Road clinic,60 patients were selected, Were randomly divided into acupuncture group of 30 cases of reinforcing-reducing techniques, electro-acupuncture group of 30 cases. Observed two cases of clinical efficacy, then efficacy compared. Establishment of a database, using SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis.ResultsAcupuncture reinforcing-reducing method in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome to achieve a satisfactory clinical efficacy, group treatment approach is superior to electro-acupuncture group. Acupuncture reducing method group (96.4% total efficiency), electro-acupuncture group (74.1% total efficiency). There was significant difference (P＜0.01), significant improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment, the indicators (strength, speech) was significantly improved.ConclusionTwo groups of treatment on the shoulder-hand syndrome have a certain effect, and thus more affirmed of acupuncture on the effect of shoulder-hand syndrome. The way to fill the treatment of reinforcing-reducing compared with electro-acupuncture in improving muscle strength and so a better effect, note the increased role of reinforcing-reducing techniques in clinical efficacy, confirms the traditional theory of acupuncture reinforcing-reducing treatment of the guiding role.
