Purpose: Observation of the clinical efficacy of 60 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage I,to study the effectiveness of eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in the treatment of such patients,in order to alleviate and improve the symptoms and symptoms of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Signs provide true and effective clinical evidence and clear treatment ideas.Material and method: From May 2019 to October 2020,among patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome stage I who were hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Center of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were screened and collected, and they were included in the clinic Observed objects,60 patients were divided into 30 observation group(eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group)and 30 control group(conventional body acupuncture group)by random number table method. Both the observation group and the control group were given pre-treatment.The pre-treatment included basic Chinese and Western medicine treatment and rehabilitation training. On this basis, the observation group used eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture as the main treatment method, while the control group received conventional body acupuncture mainly treatment. Each course of treatment for the two groups of patients was 7 days,a course of treatment for 5 consecutive days,2 days of rest,a total of two courses of treatment. The two groups of patients before and after treatment were evaluated for the degree of shoulder-hand syndrome, the degree of pain in the affected area, the ability to move in life, the joint movement function of the affected limb, the degree of swelling of the affected area, and the clinical efficacy. The shoulder-hand syndrome scale(SHSS)and pain were used respectively.Visual analog scale(VAS),activities of daily living(BI),simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score scale(FMA),visual swelling score scale and SPSS statistical software were used to statistically analyze the treatment results.Results:1.After treatment, the BI score and FMA score of the two groups were significantly improved, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment, the SHSS score,VAS score and visual swelling score of the two groups were significantly reduced, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).3.After two courses of treatment, after comparison between the two groups, the score improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by Chinese medicine, and the total efficiency of the observation group was 93.33% better than that of the control group 83.33%.Conclusion:1.For the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome(stage I)with deficiency of qi and blood stasis, eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and conventional body acupuncture have good therapeutic effects.2.The clinical effect of eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is better than conventional body acupuncture. In particular, eye acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is more effective than conventional body acupuncture in improving the patient's shoulder and hand dysfunction, upper limb pain degree, activities of daily living, upper limb joint movement function, and degree of edema.
