Objective:Disscuss the effect of Obturator nerve block on transurethral resection of bladder tumorMethods:The needle with 9G punctures into the bladder in the point which 1 cm higher than suprapubic Then it punctures in three points outside the edge of tumor tissue and injects of lidocaine for obturator nerve block.Result:At last,29 cases were successfully completed. Inhibitory effect of the obturator nerve reflex was significantly.Conclusion:Obturator nerve block is useful for the people who works in the primary hospital and the young urologists .
