Current Condition And Solution Investigation Of Community Health Diagnosis In Xinjiekou Street, Xicheng District, Beijing

Target: To discuss the methods dealing with the problems existed and the orientation of community health services through analyzing the investigation about the requirement in that area which was taken out in Xinjiekou, 2008. In addition, the discussion gained its strength from essential experiences home and abroad considering the temporary condition of Community Health Service in community health service center in Xinjiekou.Method: Analyzing the result of the investigation about the requirement in that area which was taken out in Xinjiekou, 2008 and enacting the solution of problems observed according to the task and responsibility of community health service which is called"Six of one".Results: There are mainly 6 problems involved in that investigation. First is the inference of the health behavior of the elder, special population and occupational population. The second is the prevention of chronic disease. The third is the control of infections. The fourth is about the living standard of the residents. The last is the utilization of basic health servises.Conclusion: To enhance the efficacy of community health service, an expansion of both the concept and the execution is there to be practiced under the huge trend of individual management.
