Background and Objective At Hi-tech warfare in the modern times, due to the using of armored car, tank, and sap, people have a few chance to expose oneself to the outside world, they always stay in the cockpit of those campaign and transportation equipment, when the destructor blast in the cockpit or sap, the injury of BH will be the one of major injury, at the present time, there was infrequence report about injury of BH's characteristic which caused by the blast in the cockpit. So, observed and investigate the injury of BH's forepart trait and disciplinarian, in order to lay a foundation to the deep research of injury of BH's prevent, diagnose and therapy.Methods 144 (180-220g) healthy male rats (supplied by the field surgery hospital of DAPING hospital, THIRD MILITARY MEDICAL UNIVERSITY) divide into 3 groups stochasticly: normal (N) 48, blast(B) 48, Blast-haze(BH) 48. Scale-down the model of blast-haze combined injury in cabin. Fix the rat on the simulate seat by the simulate action station when the rat was anesthetized. detonate 0.4g chart explode source of cyclotrimethylene trinitramine set at the center of cockpit, the distance between rat and the center of blast is 25cm, take out the group B immediately after the blast, take out the group BH 100 seconds later, do nothing with group N. Observe each group of 8 rats at 1,3,6,12,24,72h with death rate, gross anotomy, water ratio of lung,pathologic of heart,lung and brain, electrophysiolograph record changes of heart function, arterial blood gas analysis, plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP)studied by ELISA.Results After the blast, wound surface bequeath on the rat's face,mandible,neck,chest,abdomen and inboard of two thighs. Group BH were falling sickness when it wake up after 3h, attend by full-length hyperkinesia, extremity twitch, eat its dejection.no react to the outside stimulating. Inactivity and lethargy in 72h. No death in group B, 2 rats dead at 3h and 12h in group BH, and the death rate is 4.2%. The water ratio of lung is higher than group B at 3h(P<0.01), group BH pulmonary hemorrhage involve one or several lobus pulmonis, attend by the obviously pulmonary edema, neutrophilic granulocyte infiltrate in stroma of inferior lung is more obviously than group B, it have more cells and akaryocyte effusion in the alveolus, cardiac muscle cell fibrin are formed disorganized with the obviously gragmentation and broken, without typital structure of myocardium. Part of muscle fiber are melted. Cardiac muscle spacing become wild, part of cardiac muscle structures degeneration, cardiac muscle fibrin ruptured and carcoplasm melted, neutrophilic granulocyte infiltrate, Cardiac muscle apomorphosis or necrosis. The plasma BNP are become higher obviously after injured, and higher than group B and group N(P<0.05). Brain mantle vascular engorgement, brain tissue swell, subarachnoid hemorrhage in earlier period, without large area contuse or focal lacerated wound. Niss staining showd that the Nissl's body are reduced, apoptosis staining showed that the death of plentiful brain cells are palpable higher than other two group.Conclusion1. There are many interactional reasons to cause the blast injury in the cockpit, made the injury more complicated, lead many apparatus and systems injured.2. Blast injury Composite haze aggravated the condition of an injury, the hurt are consanguineous correlative with the haze.3. the lung, the heart and the brain are the Blast injury Composite haze's major target apparatus, the changed of haemodynamics and the injury of central nervous system will appeared at the prophase.4. Blast injury Composite haze injury will make the increasing of plasma BNP's content swelled. It will be become the reference target of judgement of Blast injury, Composite haze injury, and heart injury.
