Blast injury is one of the major injury in wars, we can also find blast injuries in the peacetime, such as the mine or dynamite explosive. The under water blast injuries often occur in war or under-water as one of the explosive blast. And in the World War Two millions of solders were injuried by the under water blast. The under water blast spread quickly and the spreading distance is far. The super pressure of the same mass explosive of TNT under water compare to in the air, that is 227.15-247.86 times and the impulse is 8.48~11.80 times , injury area is larg and mortality is high. The lung is the target organ of the under-water injuries and the intestines oragn is also the major organ of ghe under-water injuies. In the sea war, the army of foreshore grabbing, the amphibian scouter, the solders of falling into water and the solders of cleaning the obstacle, are easily injured by the under water blast easily. And in the World War Two millions of solders were injured by the under- water blast. This experiment focus on the study of the under-water blast injury material protection which to reduce the blast injury rate and adapt to the future demand of the under water war, and to do some experiments for the protection suit of the blast injury . Now there has been no report on the under water blast protection for the army, or no exposure suit in foreign also. And so on , the fraction injury,the burn injury and the drowning are the major factors of the war depletion for the solders, so there is demand for protection equipment urgently. This study was to research the under water blast protection material, for developing the exposure suit which has the feaster of the little cubage, light weight, making use convenient and dressing agility, and can defend the under water blast, fraction of the explosion and the burning. It also has the function of the floating and keeping warming, reduces the casual rate and enhances the battle effectiveness.First, This study adopted the computer simulate and emulation, combined the foreign or domestic technique data, and the accumulation of protection of the blast injury in our laboratory, improved the structure of the protection and the protection material, then studied the blast protection under the water, through the transducer collected the blast wave to conform the structure and the material of the blast protection, develop the protection cloth ofthe under water blast, at last through the animal study and the article body study validated the effect of the protection.The main result and conclusion are as follows:1 -, we selected the best effect of the protection materials of the under water blast, this kind of materials war PC fenestral material fiberglass RPUF foam material and the sponge material.The arrange: the out range is the PC fenestral material, inner material is the fiberglass material, the second material is the RPUF foam material, the third material is the sponge material.2> Though the blast artifical body experiment and the computer simulate experiment we found the upper arrange had the best protection effect of the under water blast. This arrange can decrease the injury of the under water blast, the positive pressure decrease: 52.55%?.34%. The positive direction impulse decrease: 46.98%?.38%.3 We used the technique of the silicon molding to combine the composite material and make the little animal blast injury protection clothes; this solved the difficulty of the making and insuring the obturation between the animal and the protection material.4, the animal experiment indicates this composite material can decrease the injury of the under-water blast and the casualty by 96%. The lung injury can be decreased three or four grade of all the fifty animals, about twenty four animals died at once, the mortality was forty eight percent; in contrast the protection group had zero death.
