Dry eye are common clinical ophthalmology ocular surface disease is caused by any reason, the abnormity of tear's quantity or quality or dynamics of the tear film instability,and discomfort associated with eye symptoms(such as eye-driness,photophobia,foreign body flu and symptoms such as fatigue),resulting in ocular surface tissue lesions characterized by a general term for a series of diseases.The search of epidemic and clinic proved the incidence of dry eye is much higher than our imagines,aqueous tear deficiency(ATD) dry eye more see in clinical.Currently there are no effective therapeutic methods yet.This study aims to seek valid therapy tracing after summing the evolvement of reach in etiology and pathogeny,mechanism, detection methods and research progress,on the basis of analysis clinical data of Dry eye, combined with clinical experience,we use acupuncture for treatment of aqueous tear deficiency (ATD) dry eye to determine the acupuncture treatment of dry eye the clinical efficacy.PartⅠRelated Risk Factors In Patients With Dry Eye And Clinical AnalysisObjective:To discuss the occrent and clinical characteristics of dry eye patients.Methods:Make questionnaire and investigation to 120 cases,and make analysis on their clinical data.Result:Among them,dry sense(88%),foreign body sensation(84%) and eye fatigue (81%) are the most common symptoms.Different age groups of patients with dry eye symptoms dry sense,foreign body sensation,fatigue and age,as no significant difference (P>0.05).Those over 40 years old often have abnormal SchirmerⅠtest(SIt);The SchirmerⅠtest(SIt) of different ages have marked difference compared with ages(P<0.05). Systemic diseases,computers,air-conditioning,contact lenses can induce dry eye.Conclusion:①Variety of dry eye symptoms,the lack of specificity,increasing the difficulty of the diagnosis of dry eye.Dry sense,foreign body sensation,as the fatigue is not only the most common symptoms of dry eye,but also the most severe symptoms of the symptoms.②Aqueous tear deficiency dry eye more see.③Work environment,improper use of eye,systemic diseases and drug use increase the risk of dry eye disease.PartⅡThe Investigation Of Treating Aqueous Tear Deficiency Dry Eye With AcupunctureObjective:To observe the impact and efficacy of tear secretion on treating aqueous tear deficiency(ATD) dry eye with acupuncture,and make an objective evaluation. Methods:18～65-year-old aqueous tear deficiency(ATD) in patients with dry eye for the observation of type object,patients is divided into local acupuncturing group and Contraposed Tears NaturalⅡgroup.Observe the change of the cornea fluorescent pigmentation(FL),Break-up time of tears(BUT),SchirmerⅠtest(SIt),subjective clinical symptoms,and then the two groups before and after treatment data were statistically analyzed in order to contrast the treatment of the two groups to study the validity of acupuncture treatment.Result:It is proved that there is statistical difference between the before and after treatment with acupuncture in BUT,SIt and clinical symptoms.But not in FL.Tears NaturalⅡin improving BUT,FL,and the subjective clinical symptoms,the comparison before and after treatment there is significant difference;at increased SIt,before and after treatment showed no statistical difference.Acupuncture group at increased BUT,SIt,eye symptom score improvement,the treatment effect is better than Tears NaturalⅡgroup;in improving aspects of FL between the two groups showed no statistical difference.Conclusion:Treating aqueous tear deficiency(ATD) dye eye with acupuncture have better effectiveness not only objective but subjective symptoms.
