Retrospective Analysis Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment Of 93 Cases Of Snake Bite

Purpose: This research is tend to retrospectively analyse the conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the past five years and the clinic curative effect of venomous snake blood serum. At the same time, make the epidemiology investigation of the clinical data, analyze the potential relationship, provide the reference for the diagnosis and treatment for the venomous snake bite. It can certify that conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of venomous snake bite has obviously ascendant by objective data,so it can provid objective evidence for the healing of venomous snake bite preferably.Method: Select cases in accordance to the acceptance standard and eliminating standard and retain 93 cases. Divide the cases into groups according to the syndrome differentiation of venomous snake bite. Record the gender,age, occupation,part of bite, season, time of bite, days in hospital, days of improvement, WBC, PRO, BLD, LEU, BUN, CR,K~+.Analyze all the data by SPSS 13.0.Result:①Syndrome constituent ratio: Combination of wind-fire and poison contains 52 cases( 55.91%), virulent fire group contains 41 cases( 44.09%); Treatment constituent ratio:no traditional Chinese drug and blood serum contains 15 cases(16.13%), just traditional Chinese drug contains 36 cases(38.71%),just blood serum contains 7 cases(7.53%), traditional Chinese drug and blood serum contains 35 cases(37.63%).②Basic clinical data: Gender:Male 56 cases,female37 cases. Age:0cases are lower than 9 years old, 15 cases are between 10-19 years old,9 cases are between 20-29 years old,7cases are between 30-39years old,20 cases are between 40-49 years old,26cases are between 50-59 years old,13cases are between 60-69 years old,2 cases are between 70-79 years old,l cases are more than 80 years old. Occupation: 61 cases are farmers, 13 cases are workers,8 cases are students, 10 cases are others. Season: 10 cases are in spring,53 cases are in summer,30 cases are in fall,0 cases are in winter. Part of bite: 28 cases are in the upper limb,64 cases are in the lower limb,l cases is the other.③Bite time: traditional Chinese drug and blood serum group virulent fire group .②The clinical character: male is more than femail,the most age group is from 50 to 59.The most crowd are the farmers. It ususlly occurs in the summer and fall,and the part is most in the upper and lower limb.③The bite time: traditional Chinese drug and blood serum group Combination of phlegm and bloodstasis > Deficiency of both qi and yin> Hyperactivity of heat due to yin deficiency. The WBC,BLD,PRO,LEU are both abnomal in this program. The masculine detection rate in the combination of wind-fire and poison is lower than the the virulent fire group. The K~+ level in the combination of wind-fire and poison is more than the the virulent fire group. It infers that the kidneys in the two syndromes of venomous snake bite are both damaged at the beginning,and the Combination of wind-fire and poison is more serious than the virulent fire group .⑤WBC: The abnormal are 58 cases,about63.37% in the hole cases.
