| ObjectiveTo observe the difference of clinical effect between the Agkistrodon acutus Antivenin and the Agkistrodon hyalys Antivenin on the patients bitten by the Trimeresurus gramineus,and to determine which kind of Antivenom serum has the better effect on the patients bitten by the Trimeresurus gramineus;to observe and compare the difference of the effect of the She Shang Liangxue Xue He Ji or without the use of the She Shang Liangxue Xue He Ji,and to confirm the effect of the She Shang Liangxue Xue He Ji on the patients bitten by the Trimeresurus gramineus.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria,80 patients who were bitten by the Trimeresurus gramineus within 3 hours were randomly divided into groups A,B,C and D,20 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Agkistrodon acutus Antivenin,group B was treated with the Agkistrodon hyalys Antivenin,group C was treated with Agkistrodon acutus Antivenin+She Shang Liangxue Xue He Ji,and group D was treated with the Agkistrodon hyalys Antivenin+She Shang Liangxue Xue He Ji.Five coagulation indexes of group A and group B,group A and group C,group B and group D,group C and group D were observed and compared respectively on the first and fourth day of admission,including platelet(PLT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(Fg),thrombin time(TT);the overall effect on the fourth day was compared and the time for the swelling to completely subside was compared.Results1.Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in Five coagulation indexes between group A and group B,between group A and group C,between group B and group D,between group C and group D(P>0.05).2.After treatment,there was no significant difference between group A and group B in PLT(P>0.05),and there was significant difference in PT,APTT,TT,FG(P<0.05),group A was better than group B.There was statistical difference in Overall efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The time for the swelling to completely subside in group A was shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).3.After treatment,there were statistical differences in Five coagulation indexes between group A and group C(P<0.05),group C was better than group A;the overall efficacy and the time for the swelling to completely subside of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05),group C was better than group A.4.After treatment,there were statistical differences in Five coagulation indexes between group B and group D(P<0.05),group D was better than group B;the overall efficacy and the time for the swelling to completely subside of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05),group D was better than group B.5.After treatment,there were statistical differences in Five coagulation indexes between group C and group D(P<0.05),group C was better than group D;the overall efficacy and the time for the swelling to completely subside of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05),group C was better than group D.Conclusion1.The effect of Agkistrodon acutus Antivenin is better than that of gkistrodon hyalys Antivenin.2.She Shang Liangxue Xue He Ji has obvious effect on the Trimeresurus gramineus snake-bite,and Antivenom serum combined with She Shang Liangxue Xue He Ji has a good effect on the Trimeresurus gramineus snake-bite.3.She Shang Liangxue Xue He Ji combined with Agkistrodon acutus Antivenin is a better way to treat the Trimeresurus gramineus snake-bite. |
