Clinical Research On Xiaochuanning Granule In Treating Acute Attatch Of Bronchial Asthma (Heat Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaochuanning Granule on bronchial asthma and to explore its possible mechanism at a molecular level.Methods:60 patients of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated by Xiaochuanning Granule,and the control group was treated by Zhisoudingchuan Tablet respectively.The changes on symptomatic signs of asthma,pulmonary function,serum IgE,and hemorheology were observed before and after the treatment.Results:There was significant difference in clinical effect between the two groups(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in symptomatic signs of expectoration and dyspnea between the two groups(P＞0.05);chest pain,cough and stridor were obviously impoved between the treated and the control group(p＜0.05).The pulmonary function was improved apparently in the treatment group compared with the control group(P＜0.01).The serum IgE was significant declined between the two groups(p＜0.01).The MVC and ESR,plasma viscosity of hemorheology were not significantly minimized compared with the control(p＞0.05).The blood viscosity was changed perfectly in comparation with the control one(p＜0.05).Conclusion:1.Xiaochuanning Granule has comparatively the same·effect with zhisoudingchuan Tablet in treating mild and middle acute attack of bronchial asthma,but Xiaochuanning Granule is better than zhisoudingchuan Tablet in relieving asthma.2.Xiaochuanning Granule can improve pulmonary function and relieve the chronic inflammation and hyperactivity of the airway.3.Xiaochuanning Granule can improve the chang of hemorheology and blood viscosity significantly.4.Xiaochuanning Granule can regulate Th1/Th2,mainly minimize the quantity of Th2 to reduce the level of IgE and regulate the humoral immunoresponse.5.The possible mechanism of Xiaochuanning Granule in treating bronchial asthma is explored in this research.It provides theoretical base for treating bronchial asthma.
