Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Hand Keratosis Eczema With The Manshiling Decoction Plus Xiehuang Ointment

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Manshiling Decoction combined with Xiehuang Ointment in the treatment of chronic hand keratosis eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type),and to study the advantages and disadvantages of this method.Methods:In this study,108 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the dermatology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group 3,36 cases in each group.The treatment group 1 was given oral Manshiling decoction combined with scorpion yellow ointment.The treatment group 2 was treated with oral Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with Xiehuang ointment.The control group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule orally.The hand eczema severity index score,pruritus score,TCM syndrome score and quality of life index score were recorded before treatment,at the end of 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment.Adverse reactions during the experiment were observed and recorded.Results:1.Treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group in the treatment of 2 weeks,4 weeks of treatment of hand eczema severity index score,TCM syndrome score,DLQI score,pruritus score were improved.There were statistical differences between the groups,and the improvement of each symptom in treatment group 1 was better than that in treatment group 2 and control group.2.The efficacy was determined by HESCI score and pruritus score at the end of 4 weeks of treatment.The total effective rate of treatment group 1 was88.24 %.The total effective rate of treatment group 2 was 82.86 %.The total effective rate of the control group was 70.59 %.There were statistical differences between the groups,and the efficacy of treatment group 1 was better than that of treatment group 2 and control group.Conclusion:1.Manshiling decoction combined with Xiehuang ointment can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with hand keratotic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type),and the effect is better than the other two groups.2.Manshiling decoction combined with Xiehuang ointment is a safe and effective method for the treatment of hand keratotic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type).
