The Concentration Change Of TNF-α Of Aggressive Periodontitis Patients Before And After Periodontal Initial Treatment

Object:To detect the concentration of TNF-αin gingival crevicular fluid in patients before and after periodental non-surgical treatment,and to investigate the TNF-αregulation mechanism in the periodontal histoclasia of aggressive periodon-titis and the relationship between TNF-αand periodontal clinical parameters.Method:40 patients with aggressive periodontitis were selected as experimental group,and 40 healthy volunteers were selected as control group.Then,collect gingival crevicular fluid of control group,and gather it from experimental group before and after periodental non-surgical treatment.At the same time,Probing depth(PD),sulcus bleeding index(BI),and attachment loss should be recorded in the experimental group before and after periodental non-surgical treatment, and PD,SBI should be recorded in control group.At last, radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of TNF-αin gingival crevicular fluid.Result:(1) The concentration of TNF-αin gingival crevicular fluid in AgP group(4.58±1.24)ng/L is significant higher than that in the control group(1.81±0.65 )ng/L.(2) The concentration of TNF-αturn lower after periodental non-surgical treatment(2.57±1.10)ng/L,There is significant statistical difference(p＜0.05)(3) The PD and BI before treatment is higher than that after treatment(3.98±0.77) mm,while there is significant statistical difference(p＜0.05)(4) Positive relationships were found between the level of TNF-αin gingival crevicular fluid and the clinical parameters(BI,PD).The correlation coefficient r and P were 0.969,(p=0.000);0.907, (p=0.034);0.914,(p=0.002).Conclusion:1.The level of TNF-αin gingival crevicular fluid of patients with aggressive periodontitis was significantly higher than that of healthy control subjects.2.The level of TNF-αin gingival crevicular fluid of patients with aggressive periodontitis is decreased after periodontal initial therapy,and every periodontal clinical index,like PD,SBI and attachment loss,is getting better.3.There is direct correlation between the level of TNF-αand periodontal clinical indexes,like PD,BI and attachment loss,and the level of TNF-αin gingival crevicular fluid can be regarded as an index for periodontal condition controling.
