ObjectiveThis research aims to explore :1. the prevalence of behavior disorders among the Primary students in Chongqing Urban area .2. the variables related to behavior disorders and their effects on behavior disorders.3. Explore the model of psychological intervention Of children in our city's system.Methods1. From the city of Chongqing in nine Urban areas, we randomly selected three areas, which are as follows: Yuzhong District, Jiulongpo District and Dadukou District.From each district we chosed the focus school, ordinary schools and major schools which children of migrant workers to receive tiered.Each level of a school were randomly selected. We got nine primary schools .Then,we randomly selected parents whose children are the students in grades 4,5,6 to participate in the survey.2.From the 3319 students'sample, We asked their parents to fill out the self-made generally scale and Achenbanch's Child Behavior Checklist. The whole process is under the guidance of Professionals.Results1.Among the 3137 students of Urban areas, the detection of suspicious behavioral disorders is 855 in the number of people. And the detection rate is 27.26% . The three main urban areas Yuzhong, Jiulongpo area Dadukou District of behavioral disorders in the detection rates are: 23.54%, 30.57%, 26.00%; the focus of schools, ordinary schools, mainly migrant workers to receive their children's schools detection rate of behavioral disorders are as follows: 23.87%, 28.07%, 31.57%.Behavioral disorders of all 4,5,6 grades detection rates were 30.45%, 28.97%, 23.59%. The boys in primary grades 4,5,6 all have high behavior disorders detection rates on the factors of forced, poor contact. However,the girls in grades 4,5,6 have high detection rates on factors of depression, to split the force, poor contacts, Physical Complained.2. By Single-factor analysis,we found such factors have the impact on the detection rate of behavior problems in children as: the educational level of parents, the health status of parents, the father's personality, bad habits of parents, the relationship between the parents, family income, housing space, residential environment, study environment, family structure, the situation of the mother during pregnancy and perinatal period, children health of the child support case, the child's academic performance, parental attitude toward the children, parents led their children's attitude toward education, the parents to educate their children, etc.3.By logistic regression analysis, we found such factors are risk factors for behavioral disorder as: the child's Grade, education of the Father, parent health status, family structure, children's learning Situation , parenting style and other factors affecting the detection rate of children's independence and the main factorsConclusion1.The detection rate of behavior disorders of the Primary school students in Chongqing City is 27.26% , the childrens'behavioral disorders situation are not optimistic.2. The social environment, school education, family-related factors, such as a combination of factors all have the impact on the occurrence of childhood behavior disorders.3. Based on the above findings, we believe that it is necessary to establish the "student - parents - schools - psychiatrist" , the four-in-one model of intervention for children with behavior problems.
