Clinical Research On The Change Of Qing Li Zhi Dai Tang Fang In Treating Bacterial Vaginopathy Patient On Downward Flow Of Damp-heat Vaginal Internal Environment

ObjectiveStudy the influences of Qing Li Zhi Dai Tang Fang(QLZDTF) in treating BV patient on downward flow of damp-heat on aspects of vaginal internal environment(the vagina the PH value,bacillus lacticus quantity grading),clinical symptom and symptom synthesis g(?)ading and and the therapeutic effect;And discusses it to treat BV the action mechanism.Material and MethodsTo 80 BV patients,September,2007 to January,2009(among there pypatients 1 was losed) who come from Quanzhou Chinese medicine hospital Gynecology department outpatient,tallie integrates the standard to take the object of study;were divided into 2 groups according to the section-random project:Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,western medicine control group.Records two groups to treat in the vagina the PH value,bacillus lacticus quantity grading,the clinical symptom and symptom synthsis grading, the laboratory inspects the BV result and the vagina autocoid substance cleanliness;Uses the statistical method to carry on the comparison.Results(1) There is a significant improvement(P＜0.05) in the vagina the environment,the clinical symptom and the symptom synthesis always grades,aspects and so on laboratory inspection treat and the treatment both in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine control group before and after training period.(2) There is a significant improvement(P＜0.05) in aspects of improving the vagina the environment,the clinical symptom and symptom synthesis,untoward effect,total curative effect and symptomatic efficacy of Chinese medicine between the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine control group after treatment.(3) There is not an obvious statistics significance.(P＞0.05) in laboratory inspection cloudy rate aspect between the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine control group after treatment.(4) Course of the study,western medicine,the control group have three cases of gastroi -ntestinal discomfort,one cases of genital discomfort,one cases of greasy and tasteless mouth -thick and greasy tongue coating;Chinese medicine treatment group has no adverse reactions. ConclusionChinese medicine and western medicine treatment group can effectively improve the vag ina the environment and effective treatment of BV;The former surpasses,in improving the va gina the environment,the clinical symptom and symptom synthesis grading,the total curative effect rate and the Chinese medicine symptom curative effect.It is a quite in transfering the cl -oudy rate aspect in the laboratory in the western medicine control group and the traditional C -hinese medicine treatment group.
