| Objective:To study the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan tied to bacterial vaginosis (heat bet card) the clinical efficacy of Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen, Curcuma oil suppository as control. The Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen, in the clinical efficacy after remodeling mechanism, from many aspects and angles of Chinese medicine to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods:90 patients were from the Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital attached to two Chinese Gynecology March 2009—December 2009 out-patient clinics as "bacterial vaginosis" patients, a randomized method to 90 patients, divided into the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan group and the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen group, the Sha Ji Zi You Shuan group,30 cases each. Once a day for 7 days as a drug treatment (menstrual period to stop medication). Patients were observed before and after treatment by TCM Hou, gynecological examinations, changes in laboratory tests to determine the effect of clinical medicine; from local changes to determine the safety of clinical application. Disable all other treatment of bacterial vaginosis drugs and drugs that may affect the observations. Prohibited drug use during life,3 days after stopping vaginal cleanliness review, ph value, amine test, clue cells.Results:After treatment, Chinese medicine symptoms, gynecological examination and laboratory conditions, etc. are effective,the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan group total effective rate was 90.00%; the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen group was effective rate of 93.33%, the Sha Ji Zi You Shuan group was 83.33%; P>0.05, description of Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen group and the curative effect of Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen group rather, it is better than the Sha Ji Zi You Shuan group.Conclusion:The Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan group is effective in treating bacterial vaginosis betting heat disease, significantly improve the clinical symptoms, signs, vaginal cleanliness, laboratory tests, no adverse reactions, non-toxic side effects, safe and reliable, should be widely applied. |
