Clinical Research On The Improvement Of Vagina Micro Ecology Environment With Wandai Decoction And Preventing Recrudescing Of The Type Of Spleen Deficiency Bacterial Vaginosis

ObjectiveThis study uses TCM therapy, alonging with observing the effect of the improvement of vagino micro ecology environment with Wandai decoction, from the change of viginal PH value、viginal flora cleanness、vaginal lactobacillus quantity、Vaginal saliva neuraminidase test and the patient improvement situation of TCM syndrome score and Clinical symptoms and signs score,to further state the mechanism that TCM can improve the function of the vagino micro ecology、improve the vagino micro ecology environment and prevent recrudescing of bacterial vaginosis, to seek to the effective methods which improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of bacterial vaginosis and vagino micro ecology balance, to find the reason of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of vaginal tiny ecosystem evaluation. Probing the mechanism that TCM treat bacterial vaginosis, could get the predictable and obvious benefit of society and economy.MethodsWith prospective randomized clinical trials,80patients who are qualified according to diagnositic standards were divided randomly into2groups, treatment group will be given Wandai decoction, the contrast group given the medicine (Ornidazole), setting1weeks as one treatment, stopping treatment1week and1month to review, data including symptoms、signs and the viginal PH value、viginal flora cleanness、vaginal lactobacillus quantity、Vaginal saliva neuraminidase test were collected. Then they were analyzed with scientific statistic methods.Results1. After completing one treatment, all the collected data such as symptoms、 signs and the viginal PH value、viginal flora cleanness、vaginal lactobacillus quantity、Vaginal saliva neuraminidase test were improved both in the treatment group and contrast group. both changes were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparing with TCM syndrome score of two groups, the outcome of the treatment group is better than the contrast one(p<0.01).3. Comparing with the laboratory indicators of two groups, the outcome of the treatment group is better than the contrast one(P<0.05).4. After stopping treatment1month, comparing with the laboratory indicators of two groups, both changes were statistically significant(p<0.05), the outcome of the treatment group is better than the contrast one.Conclusion1.Both Wandai decoction and Ornidazole can improve the clinical symptoms and the laboratory indicators.2. With syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM, Wandai decoction which can benefit Qi of spleen, Clear away Molsture of the body, dredge Qi of liver, eliminate the depressed to the type of spleen deficiency bacterial vaginosis could effeetively improve the clinical symptoms and vaginal micro ecology environment, the curative effect and laboratory indicators of the treatment group is better than the contrast one.3. The curative effect of Wandai decoction which improve the vaginal micro ecology environment and prevent recrudescing of the type of spleen deficiency bacterial vaginosis is better than Ornidazole.4. Some of the BV patients who tested according to the laboratory indicators are unconspicuous clinical symptoms and signs performance.
