Zheng Jia is a common Gynecological diseases and high incidence. Chinese Medicine treatment of Gynecological pelvic mass efficacy, fewer adverse side effects, economical, simple and safe. The systematic theory summary, the historical evolution of etiology and pathogenesis, and the laws of prescription syndrome studies have not been perfect. This study research on the ancient Chinese Medicine literature and use statistical analysis to make up the deficiency.Methods1. Research on Past Dynasties TCM LiteratureFollow "Discriminate between different scholarships, probing academic origin" the purposes of Chinese Medicine Philology. Search from "Yellow Emperor" to the writings of the Qing dynasty; retrieve the "Chinese Medical Classics" e-books, and resource in the University library and internet. Systematically summarize the name, definitions, symptoms, etiology and pathogenesis, treatment, therapies, prescriptions and medication of Zheng Jia.2. Research on the laws of prescriptions, medication, syndrome and treatmentCollects prescription and medication information of the Zheng Jia’s treatment from "Golden Chamber" to Qing dynasty, using the international authoritative statistical software STATA11.0, and establish databases to Microsoft Excel, frequency analysis of various dynasties drug treatment, cluster analysis, systematically sorting out the drug laws of Zheng Jia’s treatment. Sixty five books checked, including recipe books, comprehensive medical books, herbal medicine books, encyclopedias, medical records, medical theory book and so on.Results1. Research on Past Dynasties TCM Literature1.1Name of disease, definitions and sphygmology"Jia" as the name of disease, first appeared in the "Yellow Emperor""Zheng" and "Zheng Jia" first set out in the "Golden Chamber". Ancient physicians defined Zheng and Jia in blood, location, gender, shape, condition, organs, activity and pain. String tight pulse performance was most common;"Pluse" indicated the poor prognosis while pulse of Zheng Jia was deep and fine.1.2Clinical symptomsZheng Jia syndrome is lower abdominal lumps, or with full or swelling or pain based. Should concern for when is the suitable time to use attack. Use compatibility of Qi driven, expectorant and promote circulation treatment instead of fierce attack. Tread most of it, the rest will be cured by health raise. Attack slowly and supplement not too fast.1.5Treatment(1)"Golden Chamber" first proposed "Bie Jia Jian Wan" and "Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan" the specially prescription of Zheng Jia treatment. They are pills, pills attack slowly, and commonly used until now. (2) Used insects and poisonous drugs which can search the perverse everywhere. Insect is animal, enhance the efficacy.(3) Used combination therapy of promote circulation, supplement, dissipate cold, reduce phlegm and eliminate retention, Qi flow. Promote circulation is the most important.(4) External treatment of Zheng Jia included hot-iron method, vaginal turunda, and dressing. Absorption of medicine directly, enhance efficacy.(5) Acupuncture and Moxibustion therapy was first found in "Yellow Emperor", particular about the needling depth, the time of retain the needle, the amount of needle and moxibustion, reinforcing and reducing technique, the order of insert needles. Selected the acupuncture points in abdominal, limbs and back, such as Shui Dao, Pang Guang Shu, San Chiao Shu, Chi Hai, Guan Yuan, Gui Lai, San Yin Jiao, Tian Shu, Qu Quan etc.(6)"Yang Sheng Fang" and "Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun" recorded Gymnastic therapy of Zhang Jia, by strengthen the abdomen, exercised and massaged the organs, smooth the meridians then Zhang Jia was cured.2. Conelusion1. Drug used in each dynasty was similar, used promote circulation and remove stasis drug and tonic drug mainly, compatibility of Qi driven drug, interior warming drug, laxative drug, expectorant drug, heat clearing drug. Indicated physicians of each dynasty focus on the etiology of blood stasis and weakness.2. In each dynasty, the frequency of promote circulation and remove stasis drug was ascending as well as Qi recuperate drug. On the contrary, interior warming drug was decreasing. The frequency of tonic drug was more than15%in each dynasty. The frequency of laxative drug dropped off from over7%on Qing dynasty. The frequency of heat clearing drug dropped from9.05%on Song dynasty, then rose again on Qing dynasty.3. Drug on liver meridian, spleen meridian, stomach meridian, lung meridian were mostly used in each dynasty, followed by kidney meridian and heart meridian. The first four meridians were related to the etiology of Zheng Jia:Qi flow, enhance fitness, phlegm and dampness produced, resist external pernicious influence.5. Clustering drug combinations of each dynasty mostly used promote circulation drug, Qi recuperate drug, tonic drug, interior warming drug, expectorant drug. Prescription on basis of Bie Jia Jian Wan, Bui Zhi Fu Ling Wan, Hong Ling Wan, San Ju Tang, Ge Xia Zhu Yu Tang, Li Chong Tang.
