Objective:Application of ru ai decoction combined with TE chemical therapy in the treatment of breast,to observe the changes of tumor indicators,Karnofsky score,adverse effects in chemical therapy.Objective evaluate the curative effect in the treatment of breast cancer,supplying the clinical support for Chinese medicine treatment in breast cancer,to establish the foundation for the development of new anti-cancer in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Sixty breast cancer patients after surgery were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The thirty patients in the treat group were treated with ru ai decoction combined with TE chemical therapy,and the patients in the control group were treated simply with TE chemical therapy.To compare the differences in the changes of serum tumor indicating (CA153),alleviation of clinical symptoms,improvement of common condition,the adverse effects during the chemical therapy.Results:The treatment group in the reduction of serum tumor indicators (CA153) are better than the control group(P<0.05),in regard to adverse effects of chemical therapy(the reducing of neutropenia and thromb ocytopenia,nausea and vomiting),there were more significant differences in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05),but in improving the patient's clinical symptoms and improve quality of life in the treatment group are better than the control group.Conclusion:ru ai decoction combined with TE chemical therapy can reduce the level of serum tumor indicators,can improve symptoms and patient's quality of life,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse effects in chemical therapy.Which is worthy to be applied in the treatment of breast cancer.
