Goal Understanding the source and need of nutrition knowledge,dietary habit and nutrition knowledge of Tai Yuan City residents.It has practical value to Carriy out propaganda and education of food and nutrition,improve the resident nutrition situation,push forward the work which improves the public nutrition and strengthen the body constitution of citizen.It makes use of the Method of epidemiology and hygiene's statistics doing the questionnaire of nutrition knowledge and dietary habit of Tai Yuan City residents,gain a data and carry out analysis and find out Tai Yuan City resident nutrition knowledge grasping condition and the characteristic statistics,so that aimed the nutritional knowledge status and the characteristics for the development of Taiyuan nutrition planning publicity and education to provide a basis to carry out more effective nutrition promotion and education.Content The general situation,nutrition knowledge,residents in eating habits and the source and demand nutritional knowledgeMethod It uses the Stratified multistage random sampling method to the Choose of subject. The first step,in accordance with the city administration announced the regional GDP in 2007 GDP ranking system,Taiyuan will be divided into economically better districts(Xiaodian District,Yingze District,Xinhualing District),economically in general districts(Wanbailin District,Jiancaoping District,Jinyuan District) and the less well-off districts and counties(Qingxu County,Loufan County, Gujiao City),for a total of three types of areas.The second step,make the nine administrative regions in Taiyuan as the sample districts and counties;The third step,randomly selected two community's neighborhood committee in each sample of districts and counties,a total of 18 communities,which are Zhongfuyuan community and Beige town community of Xiaodian District, Twin Towers Temple community and Confucian Temple community of Yingze District,Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University community and Dunhua Square community of Xinhualing District,Xinghua communities and Binhe communities of Wanbailin District,Ancient city community and Huifengyuan community of Jiancaoping District,Jinyuan District Luocheng community and Kim Seung village community of Jinyuan District,Xugou community village and Mayu village community of Qingxu County,East County community and South County community of Loufan,Malange community and Kangjia liang community of Gujiao;The fourth step,from each community neighborhood committees were randomly selected 60 adult residents,for a total of 1080 samples.The survey target at the fourth step survey samples households,according to the birthday date closest to investigate,randomly taken from one person per household,for a total of 1080 people. Among them,546 men(50.56%),female 534(49.44%),aged from 18 to 69 years(average 46.8 years).Results No one has all the correct answers,only 25 people(2.3%) understand the balanced diet pagoda content,the number of passes is 660 people(60.2 percent passing rate).The passing rate f existence education,occupation,age differences,that is,the passing rate of nutrition nowledge is high culture are higher than the low culture,different occupations,large and medium-sized enterprises high tier executives have the highest passing rate,the lowest are individual industrial and commercial households,middle-aged and old people with lower passing rates.Eating habits:The questionnaire surveyed 1080 people,there is no one person in full compliance with the ggest of Chinese residents of a balanced balanced diet Baota;the volume residents to eat vegetables,fruits, meat and meat products,aquatic products,egg products,dairy products,soy products to respectively achieve the volume Chinese residents of a balanced diet recommendations Baota 26.2%,30.2%,18.6%,4.3%,18.6%,24.8%,10.3%.The Source of nutrition knowledge and needs:a source of nutrition knowledge from high to low were TV(78.2%),newspapers(67.3%), magazines books(34.4%),radio(32.5%),site(or 6.7%).83.3 percent of people think there was a need for knowledge of nutrition outreach,15.4%indicated that they do not care,1.3%of the people is no need to express.Investigate the crowd,the residents hope the study of nutrition knowledge were nutrition and disease(75.3%),rational nutrition(57.6%),malnutrition(25.0%), other(4.8%)from high to low;the ideal nutrition awareness followed by the form of television (89.2%),radio(43.1%),Popular Science Journal(30.5%),other promotional tools(29.7%).Conclusion In summary,the city residents still did not form good eating habits,there are differences accord the education,occupation,age and income in the awareness of residents nutrition knowledge,the majority of the residents have needs to get the knowledge of nutrition.To promote Residents formed good eating habits,it is urgent to strengthen the guide work of residents nutrition knowledge,residents nutrition education model should be established to fit the characteristics of taiyuan,for the eating habits and cognitive characteristics of residents,to carry out nutrition publicity and education in order to improve publicity the effectiveness of educational work.
