At present,nutritional problems are gradually threatening human physical and mental health.Therefore,the current status of nutritional knowledge,beliefs and behaviors of hospitalized patients and their influencing factors are studied,combined with the dietary needs of different patients to help the government,medical institutions and patients or their families to formulate targeted measures to prevent and solve the nutritional problems of hospitalized patients,improve the level of health and promote the harmonious development of society.In this study,a total of 660 inpatients from the Department of Internal Medicine,Surgery,and other departments of Guizhou R Hospital were selected for questionnaire surveys by using a stratified cluster sampling method,using a self-made knowledge,belief,behavior scale and dietary demand questionnaire.SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.The measurement data used the mean and standard deviation,and the count data used the frequency and percentage.The analysis methods of influencing factors included single-factor analysis of variance,multiple linear stepwise regression analysis and factor analysis.The results showed that the qualified rate of nutritional knowledge of hospitalized patients was only 23.31%,the qualified rate of attitude was 94.63%,and the qualified rate of behavior was 56.29%,which was affected by gender,educational background,family monthly income and dietary category(P<0.05).Two-thirds of patients attach importance to nutrition education,hoping to learn nutrition knowledge through "display board education","inquiry on the Internet",and "guided by orderers or medical staff";the biggest problem encountered by general food patients is "energy deficiency",treatment The biggest problem encountered by dietary patients,soft food patients and liquid food patients is "no nutrition guidance";close to 2/3 of the patients choose food first when they consider nutrition and health;among the targeted issues,general food patients can get from it during hospitalization The food for happiness is the fruit platter;the dietary guidance that the other three types of patients most hope to get is "diet and avoid".In short,the inpatients are extremely lack of nutritional knowledge,and their nutritional behaviors are average,but their attitudes are positive.Combining patients' emphasis on nutrition education and dietary needs,the government can actively carry out nutrition education;hospital administrators change the management model;patients and their families actively cooperate with nutrition screening to improve the nutritional level and quality of life of inpatients,and improve the dining experience To avoid nutritional complications and adverse reactions.
