The Study On The Use Of Chinese Medicine Preparation In Intestinal Tract Preparation To Improve The Quality Of Colonoscopy

Objective:According to the study on the superiority of Chinese medicine preparation in the use of intestinal tract preparation before colonscopy,we hope to dig out a new method,which is new,more humane and more natural,so that we can improve the quality and promote the therapeutical development of colonscopy.Method:1.Literature ResearchAccording to the study on the conventional medicine used in intestinal tract prepatrotion before colonscopy,we found that it had caused a few adverse reactions on some patients,such as vomiting,bellyache,a bad colonic cleaning degree,and even some serious complications like hypoglycemia,hypovolemic shock,cerebral infarction.So how to improve the quality of colonscopy is one of the most important subjects in gastroenterology.2.Clinic ResearchWe fixed the Chinese medicine composition and designed the questionnaire about patients' symptoms and a standard of intestinal tract preparation,at the base of invesgation to literature reasearch and suggestions from expert. The patients were randomly divided into teo groups:experimental group that patients took senna 250ml 20%manicol liquid and 1000ml 5%GNS;contral group that patients took the Chinese medicine liquid.We collected the patients'data, and established data base tu compare the two groups in the colonic cleaning effects and the incidence of adverse reactions,by descriptive method,Chi-square test and so on.Then we propose the superiority of Chinese medicine preparation in the use of intestinal tract preparation before colonscopy.Result: 103 cases are collected,including 52 are experimental group and 51 are contral group.The former includs 22male and 30female,meanwhile the latter includs 18 male and 33 female.The mean age of them are 44.58±12.074 and 45.24±12.874 years.The state of usual feces are divided into normal,constipation and diarrhea.The sex age,having clyster or not and the state of usual feces in the two groups' patients are the same in statistics.So they can compare to each other.1.The incidence rate of vomiting,weak and bellayache in experimental group(26.9%,17.3%,59.6%in order) is lower than contral group(47.1%,49.0%,78.4%).The statistics difference between two groups is signficant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of nause of experemental group(69.2%) is higher than the contral group(56.9%).It is not different in statistics(P＞0.05).The bellyache of is more serious contral group than experimental group in statistics(P＜0.05).The frequency of defecation on contral group is more than experimental group,it is asignificant difference.Maybe it can explain why so many contral group patients feel weak.2.The bowel cleaning rate of experimental group(88.5%) is lower than contral group(92.2%),but it has no difference in statistics(P＞0.05).The two groups don't have the worst the colonic cleaning degree.3.The bowel cleaning rate of normal defecation patients in experimental group(94.2%) is higher than contral group(91.9%).Meanwhile,the bowel cleaning rate of costive and lax patients in experimental group(88.9%and 66.7%) is lower than contral group(100%and 85.7%).But there are not different in statistics(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1.The rate of adverse reactions of experimental group are lower than contral group.2.The colonic cleaning effect of experimental group is as good as contral group.3.The chinese medicine preparation of this study is worth being used widely in clinic,and it will be a ideal method of intestinal tract preparation before colonscopy.
