Objective:, To observe the changes in Chinese medicine and the respiratory tract bacteriology in patients after surgery with acute abdomen and Yangming Fushi.Methods:40cases from January2012-April2012, with Yangming Fushi patients and acute abdomen, were randomly divided into20cases of the conventional therapy group and combination treatment group,20cases, records of all patients with preoperative, postoperative1d,3d,7d tongue color, tongue, pulse, and whether there is fullness, dry, solid record patient temperature, leukocyte count, CRP indicators, taken at different time points pharyngeal test sub sputum culture pathogens, the application SPSS17.0software for statisticalanalysis.Results:Routine postoperative the7d tongue color dark incidence, yellow tongue coating, thick and greasy incidence of pulse the pragmatic incidence, fullness dry the real incidence of the preoperative decreased significantly in the Western group were3d,7d tongue, dark red colorThe incidence of tongue yellow thick and greasy incidence pulse pragmatic incidence, fullness dry the real incidence of the preoperative decreased significantly compared with the conventional group at the same time point decline in statistical significance. Conventional group after7d body temperature, white blood cell count, CRP index and preoperative significantly decreased in the treatment group after7d body temperature, leukocyte count, CRP index decreased significantly compared with the preoperative, decline at the same time point compared with the conventional group statistically significant. Conventional group patients after the7th day respiratory tract G-bacilli detection rate was significantly decreased in the treatment group after7d respiratory tract G-bacilli detection rates decreased significantly, and the decrease was statistically significant compared to the same time point with the conventional group.Conclusions:1ã€acute abdomen is often associated with excess syndrome of Yang Ming, the operation can make the excess syndrome of Yang Ming syndrome change.2ã€Yang Ming FU-Organ syndrome intestinal bacterial translocation to the respiratory tract, through operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of respiratory tract bacterial, detection rate was reduced obviously.3ã€application of compound Dachengqi Decoction Tongli captured, the effective protection of the intestinal barrier function, prevent bacterial translocation, so that patients with early recovery, is an effective method treating excess syndrome of Yang ming. |
