Effect Of Lvh Models Of Rhr Expressing Of BCL-2 By Yixinshu

Hypertension is a syndrome which has the major clinical manifestion of systemic circulationg artery pressure increased.Long-time hypertension may come important dangerous factor manifold by cardiovascular disease,and undermine the cerebral,cardiac,renal fun-ctions,at last make these organs failure,is the most usual cardiov-ascular disease.Left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) is one of the most important complications of Hypertension,as the LVH aggravates,the incidents of myocardial infarction, angina pectoris,congestive heart failure and renal failure have increased.Therefore,how to control and reverse LVH is very important to the treatments of hypertension.In researchs of these years,the presence of LVH and the organs injure lead by it are close to cell apoptosis,so there are more and more concerns on apoptosis genes.As one member of bcl-2 gene family,bcl-2is very important,based on recent experiments and studies,the higher level the LVH were,the higher degree of the apoptosis of the cardiac muscle cells were and the lowwer expression of the bcl-2 gene were.This paper,using the research of Hypertension LVH models of G-RHR with kidney substance hypertension,discusses its blood pressure,LVMI,fo-rmation parameter of myocardium cell,pathological change of myocardium tissue and the expression of the bcl-2 gene in myocardium cell.By using the traditional Chinese medicine- YiXinShu personally,this article will offer some scientific evidents to verify the treatment function of YiXinShu.The result of the experiment research manifests.(1) YiXinShu has a satisfactory effect on declinging blood pressure;(2) YiXinShu can decrease the LVMI effectively,bulk of heart cell and constrain fibre of indirect cell;(3) By observing the electronic mirror and light and immunity chemistry confirm: YiXinShu is able to raise expressing of bcl-2 gene in myocardium tissue. Therefore it has the function of alleviating and diversing Hypertension LVH.
