Effects Of Yixinshu On Left Ventricular Hypertr Ophy And MMP-2 Expressionin Renovascular Hypertensive Rats

Hypertensive disease is a common ailment and frequently encountered disease.The data indicate that the tendency of the attack rate is ascendant every year.We have plentiful experience to treat the hypertensive disease, meanwhile as one of the most independent risk factors of heart and vessel disease,LVH(Left ventricular hypertrophy)which accompanies with hypertensive disease has already evoked extensive attention.Therefore,the most important subject for the research of Hypertensive disease is to seek for the ideal medicine which have better curative effect,lesser side effect and could effectively control the blood pressure and reverse LVH.Pathogenic mechanism of hypertensive disease is extremely complicated.Some researchers proposed that the disordered expression of cadiocyte MMPs (matrix metalloproteinases)plays an important role in hypertensive disease. Meanwhile the high expression of cadiocyte MMPs induces the formation and development of the hypertensive disease.Prof.Li Jingxiao who combined with clinical practice for long-term and was according to the determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs,contrives complex prescription of Chinese medicine—YiXinShu.It has significant effect on LVH. Through studying on the LVH model of G-RHR,we discuss blood pressure, LVMI,morphological parameter of cadiocyte,pathological change of cardiac muscle tissue and the expression of cadiocyte MMPs.The experimental result will offer scientific evidences to verify the treatment effect of YiXinShu.The result of the experiment research indicate:①YiXinShu has a noticeable effect on depressurization;②YiXinShu could effectively decrease LVMI,bulk of cadiocyte and constrain fibrosis of cellula intersitialis;③By using the electron microscope,light microscope and doing the experiment of immunohistochemistry,we confirm that YiXinShu could constrain the high expressing of cadiocyte MMPs.Therefore YiXinShu has the prominent effect on depressurization and alleviating Hypertension LVH.
